Mövenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay

Everything was great : spacious & clean room, great food both in main restaurant and A la carte restaurants, amazing chocolate & Coffee, clean pool , nice beach . The resort is not as big as others but is nice & cozy we enjoyed our stay here. Compliments to Chef Roger!

The bed soo bad and the service too , please never go to this hotel ,save your money , and go to another hotel I wish I never came to this hotel and a used toilet paper I still there this one the first day I called the receptionist 6 times to do anything in the room and they ignored me , this hotel should be 2 or 3 stars maximum, save the effort and the money

Facilities is very old and ugly compared to any other hotel in the same category. Bad service and very slow response. Staff os not friendly and not helpful with no smiling at all (except few of them) but generally verrrrrrry bad👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very poor resort in all things comparing with the other hotels with same value. Foods was not fresh and without any taste during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have only one main restaurant with bad smell all the time. Very poor staff housekeeping, main restaurant, beach and pool bars. The only good thing was the Aqua area outside the hotel, had many different types of water aqua games and very good animation team. Very bad and poor snacks with very limit time only from 1-3 pm during the lunch time. Not need to reserve all-inclusive accommodations, half board is enough if you want to choose this poor hotel. The room had old furniture with poor facilities. The Sea was good with sandy beach. Only reception team were so friendly and tried to help you while facing all the bad experiences during your accommodation.

Reception team not good as it used to be except for one or two, ignoring requests and complaints. Food quality is less than the surrounding hotels. Used to offer benefits to Accor members, now nothing Bellman team still very good Aqua park team is very good Gate security is very good
