Mövenpick Resort El Quseir

We stayed for 2 weeks including Christmas. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Located on the red sea coast with excellent snorkling and diving possibilities. The green focus and some homegrown food from their zeb garden is much appreciated. We felt like royalty with warm and professional service from all staff. To mention in particular Maryam who quickly adapted to our needs and ensured excellent customer service at our arrival and during our stay, Miriam for the guided walk. Also worth mentioning the chef cooking the eggs each morning and the excellent staff of the Al Fresco restaurant. The team there under the lead of Mansour is made complete with the professionalism and fun hosting by Mahmoud and Waleed and the professional and superfriendly chef who made many of our lunches and evenings extra special. Similarly Ibrahim welcomed us warmly at the Seagull. Most of our days we were at the beautiful zenpool where Shazly took care of us like royalty and Mohamed made the very best coffees and smoothies, always with a smile and nothing ever too much to ask. Later during the stay also had the pleasure of seeing the very good teamwork between Shazly and Achmed. When at the beach the other Shazly made sure we were cared for and safe. Some last remarks. The hotel is special in its calm and tranquility, no noise or music at the pool area. We welcome this but would also like to thank and recommend Ibrahim for bringing joy at some evenings with his repertoire of music. For us this could be more often! Finally big thanks to the cleaning crew who made sure our room was tip top every day and the personalised surprise after a day in the sun and to Isabella for her professional approach and good talks making the stay complete! Many thanks to you all!

I had a wonderful afternoon on a private camel trip with Kamel and Abam. Thank you so much, I enjoyed it. We also had a little walk up a hill for the view, also he explained that a longtime ago, the sea was reaching far into the desert. There are a lot of shells and corals to be found.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was great. Every day was wonderful, everyone kind and helpful. I took a tenis lesson with Ahmed - very engaging and precise. focusing on all my weak points (overall very good lesson :)). My girlfriend attended the morning zumba and yoga classes. We both enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Mövenpick Resort El Quesir. The rooms (Superior Queen Partial Sea View) were modern and very well equipped. Although the hotel is getting on in years, it was exceptionally well maintained (the only criticism: the spa needs to be renovated). The food in the various restaurants was very good and there was something for every taste. The staff were exceptional and did a great job in every area – we would particularly like to mention the room staff (Alaa and Mokhtar) and the guest services team (Isabella), but all the other employees also did an excellent job! We would love to come back. Thank you!

Great resort! What we liked most: 1) the coral reef 2) the chocolate hour — great waffles! 3) tennis & paddle always available 4) the quad desert tour organized by Ahmed 5) everything else! Only one suggestion: the pools were too cold! But we didn’t mind: better to swim in the sea anyway! We will be back for sure.
