Had dinner with family and friends, the food was very good. The atmosphere was magical and we had very good service by Ziad!

This stay was absolutely terrible. When I checked into my room, the safe box was locked. I called reception and they promised to send someone to open it. They said a girl was coming, so I waited two hours-and no one showed up. I called again, they apologized, and said she would come "right now," and still no one came. It's unbelievable how slow and careless the service is. I've never seen such unprofessional treatment, and the safe box is still not opened. Completely unacceptable

Izad on staff was so helpful and amazing! He was so personable and very sweet! We loved our stay here and will definitely keep this place pinned for future visits to Europe! It was conveniently located for all the activities so we wanted to do regarding the pyramids, the sphinx, and the GEM

We had a beautiful stay and the food was amazing. We felt so welcomed and safe and had such a great time. Ziad was amazing on the staff and went above and beyond with his service making sure we felt extra special and was so helpful. We will absolutely be back!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When I finally got to my room, it was nothing like the photos—dated furniture, stained carpets, and a musty smell that made it hard to relax. When I complained about the issue, no one cared. The reception transferred me to a girl who didn’t pay attention to me at all and took no action.
