Rooms are Super clean and comfy. Nice Staff, that is always there to help, especially Ziad was a great waiter! All in all the atmosphere ist really comfortable and you feel welcome. Really quiet at night. Food is amazing, so is the service!

The best experience I have ever had in Egypt. The La Terazza/Bar Restaurant manger Mr. Khairy..and Mohammed/Limbe..and Muhammad number 2 made us feel like family! I highly recommend!

The location is brilliant, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the food was lovely and waiters were very attentive and pay very good attention. I would like to give a special mention to Mahmoud from the La Terazza restaurant who served us on every night of our stay, he was amazing and treated us with utmost respect and hospitality and never failed to give us a smile every time he walked past our table and met all of our needs. The room was very spacious and with hot and cold air conditioning to cater for the day and for the night aswell as the value for money for our stay. To travel around we used Uber which I would highly recommend doing when outside of the hotel. However, the only downside to our stay was when we had noisy neighbours in the room next door to us. The hotel were very quick to try and resolve this. On most other nights of our stay was very quiet.
