This hotel/resort is an incredible overall experience. Absolutely amazing service at the outside patio and the Sheesha man, Reda, was phenomenal providing nonstop help. And our server, Ziad, was so helpful and kind that when we come back we want the same exact servers. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience.

2 nights at this hotel to start our Egypt adventure. It was OK, but we much preferred the Concorde on our last night after we’d been to Abu Simbel and Cruise along the Nile. It’s a bit out of the way tbh, people with limited mobility (Mum) need to call the golf caddy (which is free) when you want to leave your room to go anywhere.

I would like to say thanks to Ms Shaima the guest relations in this Great hotel, I advise all people who travel to Cairo to stay at this hotel, every thing is amazing in this hotel, the location, the facilities, the outdoor atmosphere, all staffs are friendly and helpful especially the guests relationship person who is Ms.Shaima, I promise you’ll have great experience to stay here

Shimaa is an excellent person with a beautiful soul and smile and l like place, the backyard is so cool , the rooms was so comfy and without noise, the lobby and reception are very nice, the band was nice too, the security is so nice and good, it’s very good place.

Very nice hotel and facilities. Wholesome breakfast. Specially recommend spa visit at the end of a day of walking. Nice grounds to walk around after meal. Convenient currency exchange machine. Very friendly staff. Located in a very quiet part of Cairo.
