We spent an unforgettable week in Movenpick Sharm El Sheikh, every one was extremely Friendly, Helpful, Kind and polite, they are all smiling even they are working long hours in the heat. The resort is so beautiful and very clean, the gardens are perfectly maintained. I would like to say that everyone who works there is very good but there were some people who took an extra mile to please us and made sure that we are happy and comfortable, the least they deserve is to mention there names. At the reception we met MENNA who was so sweet and polite, bartenders (upstairs) was NADER (pool bar) AYA and MOHSEN, at the restaurant we met MOHAMED who looked after us from day 1 until the end, made sure that every member of or family is happy. At the pool there was SALEM who looked after us and kept checking throw the day if we are ok or we need anything. We booked some dream come true activities like parcelling, diving, desert safari, etc. MAHER (from scorpion) is our hero who organised everything for us and made our holiday so magical. The animation team were fantastic, entertaining everyone and made it so fun. And finally our roomkeeper MOHAMED HASHEM was a very sweet man who did his job extremely well. Big thank you to everyone who made that holiday successful. We can’t wait to see everyone again next holiday.
Understaffed and chaotic - too busy for them to handle. Visited in April 2025, Had confirmation of email from guest relations had for room upgrade and early checkin. Despite the written email - I was made to wait and given a lower grade room and had to argue and prove via email for the room upgrade. The staff and guest relations did not care to reply after that. Service was also below par as it was ay too busy for them to handle.
The worst experience I have it here, From the moment we arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. Starting from the staff the services the food really 0 hospitality 0 safety When we brought up our concerns with management, we were met with indifference. No apology, no effort to make things right. Overall, it felt like the hotel had completely given up on trying to provide a decent experience. Definitely not worth the money.
There are 4 bars here, and only one of them (the reception lobby bar) is included in the all inclusive. Outside of that you can have a drink with your dinner and that's it. So no cocktail before or after dinner, unless you want to pay extra for it. That includes the bar where they have the mini disco and evening entertainment, which I found unbelievable. Otherwise... Decent service on arrival. Room nice but pretty tired, amazing sea view made up for that though. Food ok, some nights some good stuff, but generally pretty bog standard 'all inclusive' stuff.
Dr M Nabil wonderful hospitality and the generous welcome that was we experienced during our recent stay in Mövenpick SHARM EL SHEIKH, it has been few years since I last visited Sharm El Sheikh The renovation that is witnessed in the resort speaks about itself yet the key is the passion everyone are expressing, the welcoming smiles and care about details tells a lot about the management mindset; the great and seamless operations and how to guarantee a loyal customer! We all enjoyed a lovely vacation where all interactions with the management, staff across the hotel from the reception, guests relation, restaurants, pool/beach staff & animation team (special thanks to Cheetos for playing with the kids, Alex and the whole team) confirms that we will come back soon for another lovely vacation
