I'd like to commend Mohamed Farag for the great hospitality and fascinating our whole stay, Mohamed Fahmy from Elkababgy for amazing service and high quality food together with Gigi who took a great care of my kiddo and gave him a great company.

Great looking hotel. Stunning views of the Red Sea. Early check in was arranged which we are grateful for. Late check out option available if hotel is not at full capacity. Dinner and breakfast options were great with something for everyone. Unfortunately the pitfall was the response times when room service or housekeeping was requested and follow up phone calls were often required to get a response. Spa experience and staff were excellent as was the staff in the restaurants.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Great rooms and comfy beds. The service and the staff were wonderful. They’d do anything they could for you.

I want to thank this hotel for the smile staff at the outlets and for the clean rooms and the view, and specially my room and the Wifi it was very excellent and everywhere at the hotel.

Amazing view, very beautiful beach and swimming pool, excellent hospitality the staff very helpful ,different types of delicious food, you will find in this hotel restaurant named Kababgy it serve better food in sharm el sheikh ,the room very clean and really many places of this hotel very beautiful and the Wifi excellent and free every where.
