Amazing stay & lovely staff

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely lovely, and the location and views were truly breathtaking. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding in every aspect. A special thank you to Dasha from the animation team for making our experience even more enjoyable, as well as Hany, Mohamed, and Chef Mohamed from Rangoli, the Indian restaurant, for their exceptional service and the delicious food. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommended. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to adjust!

Disappointing Experience at a 5-Star Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, our experience was far from the high standards we expected from a 5-star resort. Firstly, we booked two seaview rooms, but were given two rooms that were very different from what we had requested. One room had a balcony, while the other didn't, which was disappointing as we specifically asked for rooms with balconies to enjoy the view. Another major issue was the room temperature. Despite being a luxury hotel, none of the rooms had heating, which was quite surprising, especially for the cooler evenings. It felt very uncomfortable and was an inconvenience throughout our stay. The food was another letdown. The variety was extremely limited, with only one option for each type of meat—chicken, beef, and seafood. The seafood was particularly disappointing, as it didn’t seem fresh at all. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much more variety and better quality. We were also told that we were entitled to just one dinner at the à la carte restaurant, but even after complaining about the poor buffet quality and lack of food options, we were not offered any additional visits or even an alternative solution. This was frustrating, especially given the overall quality of the dining experience. The hotel’s layout is also not elderly-friendly. It requires a lot of walking and stair climbing, which made it especially difficult for seniors in our group with knee and back problems. There needs to be more accessible routes and elevators to accommodate all guests. We tried to address our concerns with the front desk multiple times, but despite our efforts, we were never connected with a manager. This lack of customer service was extremely disappointing and left us feeling ignored. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel, and we would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made in customer service, food quality, and accessibility.

Un happy experience

My name is fakhry junny I asked the sales to book two double rooms with sea view and all inclusive , for two couples , after arrival they gave us two different rooms one with queen bed and balcony with two nice seats and the other one with two beds !!!!!!!!!and no balcony . The air condition is giving only cold air which is not good for night time in November, they said that they are doing renovations and the contractor did not provide the system for hot air , I have problem with the blood circulation in my feet and cold atmosphere is not good for my blood circulation, I phoned the reception and they sent electric heater and it was out of order and the guy said this was the best in the hotel, they promised to bring blanket and it did come!!!!!!!!!! We went to the restaurant to get our lunch and we had one of our bad experiences as the food were not qualified at all , the fish was not fresh , the chicken was not tasty and the beef was not good and not tasty . We are rather old and it is not easy for us to go to the beach as we can not go down and up so many stairs with no availability to get golf car As there is no rout for the golf car , we need to walk 300 meters to reach the elevator and it is still far away from the restaurants, pool and beach. We see no body from the management to support!!!!!!!!!!!

The perfect spot for a snorkelling holiday

From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel is simply stunning. Our room was beautifully appointed and kept immaculately clean by Mahmoud. The four private beaches are all stunning and the beach staff are so friendly and attentive..Firo on Beach #1 was so helpful and deserves an award. The food was so lovely and fresh. The restaurant staff did a great job at every serving. It was so nice to be greeted with a friendly smile by Ebran every morning. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

The best hotel I have ever stayed

I was really pleased with my stay at the Movepick as it is a very nice and modern hotel with all the facilities needed. It is ideally located on the first line from the sea with great views and unforgettable sunsets. The rooms were very clean and modern as they have been recently rennovated. The animation team was very friendly, professional and always ensured good mood for the guests, the evening programs were always interesting and breathtaking. All the staff members are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The service here deserves the highest rate as all the meals, drinks and snacks were very delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come here again.
