Excellent service and new rooms with wonderful view. We just love this hotel. This is our 3rd visit on the row (yearly). Every year we enjoy the food-accommodation-snorkeling-water sports-pool-hospitality and horse back riding on the beach.

I want to start with this: Mövenpick is supposed to be a premium brand, or at least that's what I knew it to be. Here’s a short version for those who don’t want to read the entire review. Pros 1. The property itself is nice. 2. There are four beaches, which are not bad, and snorkeling at “Beach 1” is quite satisfying. Cons 1. If you visit in August, you'll find lots of loud Arabs constantly shouting (the beach is the only place of refuge). 2. The smell of smoke is everywhere, and even if you request a non-smoking room, you end up breathing in smoke in your room. 3. During the night (1/2 a.m.), there are often drunk people yelling in the hallways. 4. The food is mediocre and, above all, repetitive (having tried other resorts with Italian chefs, I was a bit disappointed). 5. The Horizon Bar is beautiful, but while they serve you, they smoke, drink, and eat behind the counter (by the way, the bar is not included and is an extra charge). 6. We needed to see the doctor, and the cost was 570 euros (Drip and medicine for what was possibly diarrhea and nausea). 7. If your room is near the pool, from 6:30 a.m. you'll hear kids screaming and crying while swimming (probably because it’s cooler at that time). My partner and I arrived in Sharm on the 13th, with a delay of about an hour or so. We were greeted outside the airport by the tour operator, who directed us to the bus. We waited about an hour and a half on the bus before heading to the resort, which, fortunately, was only about 15 minutes away. Upon arrival at the reception, there was some confusion due to ongoing renovations. We sat down and inquired about our room, which, given our delay, should have been ready. The customer service representative tried to offer us a room with two separate beds… Considering that we had asked our travel agency (which has served us impeccably for years) for a room on a higher floor, away from the pool, non-smoking, and, of course, with a double bed, we declined. We were invited to grab something to eat by the pool while our room was being prepared. They explained where to go in a hurried manner... Despite their mistake with the room, no one bothered to accompany us... After some confusion, we managed to find the pool restaurant: 40 degrees, heavy clothing, no air conditioning, and the food was so bad that I won’t even describe it... the water that accompanied it was warm... We returned to the reception, and after about an hour, we finally got our room, which was described as “stunning”! Exhausted, we made our way to the room, which did not meet our requests: it was near the pool, on the first floor, and the hallway reeked of smoke. Drained, we decided to try and get some rest. Thinking we could rest was impossible due to the loud, animalistic screams from the pool and the blaring music. In the evening, we went to eat at the restaurant, and the food was, as I said, mediocre. In all honesty, I thought Mövenpick was a luxury brand, and that’s why we chose this property, but, truthfully, I wouldn’t return, nor would I recommend it to a friend. I hope my review is helpful.

First of all When we arrived at Mövenpick Resort Sharm Elsheikh we were expecting at least a great hospitality, but sadly it was terrible first of all no one helped us to know the hotel amenities like pool, restaurants and spa the room were small I did not feel comfortable the maintenance sucks the stuff were not that professional especially the bell men poor English couldn't get any useful info over all 1 out 10.

Wonderful resort with really 5 stars service. We arrived by afternoon and we're amazed by the Beaty of reception, new furniture, smilling and friendly team, very well organized. Bars also beautiful, I believe everything in this hotel is sea view, spectacular views 👌 Food is delicious and variety is fine, you will always find something to eat. Guest Relations Inga and Yana are always eager to help and following up with the guests, thank you, ladies! Hotel is suitable for families with kids, beach is candy, 2 elevators available for guests who need to go up to reception or rooms.
