My husband and I stayed at the Movenpick Aswan in a Panoramic Nile View Suite in the Elephantine (new) wing. The ferry journey over to the hotel is about 5 minutes if that and the ferries run very regularly. We never waited more than a couple of minutes. The hotel itself is extremely nice. The lobby is welcoming and very well laid out with reception, concierge, restaurants, and a couple of shops. Check in was fast and easy with Shahd answering all of our questions and escorting us to our room. The room itself was amazing! A wrap around balcony with more sitting staff than we could use and a separate balcony in the bedroom. Mohammad Hassan with room service was outstanding. Nothing was to much for him. They found out it wad my birthday and a cake magically appeared. Mohammad brought us fresh fruit everyday and even surprised us with some Arabic sweets one night. He was pure joy every time and we really appreciated his kindness and service. Amr, Malek, and Ahmed at the bar & restaurant in the lobby were always welcoming whenever we came down which was often. Their service and attention to detail was phenomenal. Great conversation too! All in all our stay was perfect but way too short. We will definitely return.
The Movenpick Aswan is a gem 💎. Beautiful hotel with well designed rooms. The location is perfect for a great stay in Aswan. That being said, it is the people that make the difference. Mohammed Husein in room service made our trip even more enjoyable. His attentive customer service and his wonderful smile truly made my trip even more enjoyable. The guys at the bar, Amr, Abd El Malek and Ahmed were fantastic 👌. Great conversation and they made me feel welcome. A hotel, no matter how beautiful, at the end of the day is four walls and carpet. It's the people that separate the average ones from the greats. Keep up the good work.
I had a great Egyptian Massage and came out as new. Very beautiful venue and lovely personal treated us like kings!! Totally recommend it.
My fiancée and I had a wonderful time visiting the Mövenpick Resort. We were well taken care of Mahmoud & Kamram from the pool bar. Service was very friendly, attentive and courteous. We had a great time by the pool, enjoyed some beverages and a pizza. Lovely spot to also enjoy sunset. Thank you.
The spa was an amazing experience. Ahmad was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. The atmosphere was perfect and very relaxing. The location is ideal, and everything was exceptionally clean.
