The days in Aswan at Movenpick was incredible and so relaxing. Ahmed in the spa went above and beyond providing great service and a wonderful massage for my husband. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi too. We hope to come back next time! Room was comfy and view of Nile and poo was lovely.
From the moment we arrived at this incredible hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Saied, the manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel valued and special throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Gamal at the restaurant, whose kindness and professionalism were unmatched. He not only provided outstanding service but also added a personal touch to every meal, making each dining experience unforgettable. The hotel itself was stunning, with immaculate facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Every aspect of our stay was flawless, thanks to the incredible team. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon! It's one of the best hotel in Aswan, it is my favorite hotel Location is amazing, service is great and staff are so polite and professional especially Esraa from guest relation, she is amazing 👏 Totally I will recommend this hot for every one
Pillows are good. Food is good. All staff were good. Abdel Malek was very friendly. I will certainly find more ways to visit in the future. They did not have a room with a queen bed but they were quick to make the modifications for my room and put the beds together.
