A very nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious—my diet didn’t stand a chance. The only issue: the door locks. We had to get new keys almost every day because they mysteriously stopped working. And no, I wasn’t cuddling them with my phone! The pool area is great, and the animation team does a fantastic job. I’m not the type to join in on pool aerobics or dance-offs, but I appreciated that they didn’t chase me down with a microphone. My kids, on the other hand, had a blast and practically became part of the animation crew.q

I’m Never eat so good and so much. The proportion is very big and the personnel are so kind. The decoration are beautiful and the food are accompanied with traditional music. The waiter Mahmoud is so funny. In plus nobody are here the night so it’s very cool and calm and the food is serve super quickly . Khaled with Mahmoud are the best. Is the restaurant Om Kalthoum I recommended so far.

We had a fantastic stay at Movenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna, with our 1 year old, to celebrate a friends wedding. All staff were accommodating, friendly and excellent all round. From sunglasses being lost & returned, house keeping attending a broken bottle in the room at midnight (big concern with a 1 year old) and restaurant staff always helping with high chairs etc - the service was excellent! A special mention to the Lagoon Pool Staff, and in particular their manager Badr, who always made sure us, and the wider group, were well looked after! Stunning wedding venue also! Very nice hotel , clean room, tasty food , nice location ..its a very nice holiday we spend nice time there and we would like to thank the entertainment team because they made our time very nice and we had a lot of fun with them from the belly dance lessons and the aqua gym and the yoga and the evening shows everyday . Thanks a lot

Excellent hotel overall the animation team by the pool have been excellent and captain Ziyad has been excellent organising water polo and pool activities The Bar staff have been fantastic and we attended a family wedding which was amazing
