This was my second stay at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna, and once again, it was a wonderful experience! I stayed in room 5206, which was simply magnificent — spacious, clean, and offering a perfect view. A special thank you to Mohamed from Guest Relations for the warm and professional welcome. He truly made me feel at home. I also want to thank Charif at the pool area — always attentive and friendly — and Walid from housekeeping, who kept the room spotless every day with a smile. The whole team contributed to making this stay unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back!

An unforgettable experience! The resort is stunning — peaceful lagoons, lush gardens, and impeccably clean rooms. The food was fresh and delicious, with great variety. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout — from reception to housekeeping. Great service at the bars and restaurants too. Special thanks to Dr. Hany and nurse Mina at the clinic for their exceptional care and professionalism. I felt truly supported and safe during an unfortunate moment. Perfect for both relaxation and exploration. I can’t wait to return! 🌞🙏💕

Very unhygienic hotel, you can see how it has fallen into disrepair, dirty sofas, dirty tableware, no one cares about quality, the staff looks more like beggars to me, they constantly ask for money for services that they are obliged to provide, very unpleasant to watch. With guests who have paid for all inclusive, not everything is like that and they always ask to be paid. I would never recommend Hurghada.

The rooms are outdated . As for the food, breakfast was the highlight—good variety, fresh options, However, the rest of the meals were pretty disappointing. The restaurants outside the hotel are much nicer in terms of both food quality and atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful, but the overall experience would be much better with a renovation and a serious upgrade to the dining experience.
