Aswan stay
Great experience, great stay Beautiful property, great boat ride from the city to the property. Very attentive , professional helpful staff. Enjoyed my time in the hotel, great restaurant menu. Staff did everything to please me . Specially Gemal in the breakfast buffet. Made sure I am well taking care off thank you Gemal. Thanks to the restaurant waiters and hostess Mervat . Thanks to spa staff too. Planning to come back

Ahmed was great
The hotel was very nice and the service was great. Ahmed Hamdy especially went out of his way, negotiating a special deal to go to the Nubian village with camels, 30 minute boat ride, crocodiles, and traditional food for a great price. Ahmed also went out of his way with accommodations, helping me get a late checkout. This is quality service.

Well managed hotel, all what you could want to have …
… be it a fortress disturbing a magnificent landscape next to a village living in extreme poverty. Dedicated personnel, truly and very gently wanting you to feel good. Special thanks to the breakfast team, led by Mervat, powered, amongst others, by Gamal - making your day start well ! The Egyptian restaurant was one of the best we went to in Egypt, the bar and reception team were sympathetic and efficient.

Very nice
Like being on your own private island; nice, clean, large rooms with beautiful views, comfortable bedding, minifridge, safe, tea kettle, in-shower toiletries, complimentary water, large breakfast buffet. Extensive grounds with lovely plants/trees, with the original hotel at one end, and a newer one at the other. Free golf cart transportation around the island if needed. Staff are very nice.

Resort with a tower
Beautiful view. Complimentary ferry was a mixed bag, as it was difficult to leave the resort. Pool was nice, but the, "jacuzzi," was a smaller, shallow pool with jets (no warmer). Room was adequate, but didn't feel luxurious in the way I expected. The bathroom door was quite difficult to open from the inside. Staff were all friendly and helpful with good English. Saeid maintained a very nice dining room.
