My experience was far below expectations. The service was poor and unorganized, and the staff lacked professionalism in handling guest requests.The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. Despite informing the reception, no effective action was taken to resolve the issues.Additionally, the quality of food was disappointing and did not match the hotel’s supposed 5-star rating. I felt that the value for money was extremely poor. I expected much more from a Mövenpick property, but sadly this experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return

Amazing Hotel
Movenpick Aswan Recommended by Ahmed Zein from Nasco Tours (Hilton Luxor), and thank God he did! I absolutely loved the hotel — the location was perfect, the staff were amazing, and the food at the Egyptian restaurant was delicious. The front desk team was fantastic, and the bell staff were just as wonderful. Overall, everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this magnificent hotel. – Orlando Cortes
