Fantastic place
Very nice hotel specially Abdullah From reception was so helpfull and smily housekeeping was good pool is big but bar need to be open till midnight not to 11 Beach was very nice tov and chinese restaurant was different and food was tasty albo show was amazing and animation team was the best of the best

the people who run the animations are super cool and nice and you can see that they like this job and want to entertain people, the hotel is great, delicious food, waiters and service are super nice, the rooms are cleaned and are very nice, jest przepiekna plaza i bardzo ladnie wszystko wyglwda w nocy

We had an excellent trip, very nice hotel with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool and the beach is clean and are taken care of well. Lots of daily and night time programs. The staff is very helpful and nice when we asked any favours. Abdallah from recepción and Ahmed very lovely and helpful with us.

Mr. Mina Guirguis is a Gem
We can't say enough about how incredible our stay was, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mr. Mina Guirguis. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that he is a perfect fit for the role of Front of house Manager. His warm, welcoming demeanor made us feel at home immediately, and his hospitality was second to none. Throughout our stay, Mr. Mina was attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Any request we had was met with prompt and cheerful service, and it was clear that his vast experience in the hospitality industry truly shines through. It was a pleasure having a chat with him – not only is he professional, but he’s also genuinely kind and engaging, making the experience even more memorable. Whoever is visiting, make sure to meet Mr. Mina Guirguis– he will make sure your visit is worth every moment. Thanks to his care and dedication, we’ll definitely be returning. His presence truly elevates the entire experience, and we highly recommend him to anyone coming through!

Unique place
My English is not good enough to expres how happy I am. Everything is perfect. A specially staff 🥰 I would like to higlight two names: Natali from Animation Team and Roger the Chef! Excellent and varied food, lots of local delicacies. A wonderful beach and water park.
