Nile cruises are generally very safe for tourists, especially if you stick to reputable cruise operators like Mövenpick Royal Lily or Mövenpick Royal Lotus.

Most cruises follow international hospitality and maritime safety standards.

Ships are equipped with modern sanitation, regular cleaning, and safe drinking water.

Restaurants and buffets adhere to international food safety standards.

Motion sickness is rare due to the slow speed of sailing (most Nile cruises are calm and smooth).
