Vitality Spa experience
Vitality Spa was great. Got the Cleopatra program which is similar to a Hammam (Body scrub and Massage). Ahmed was very hospitable and took care of us.

Wonderful
We had very spacious, well appointed rooms with excellent views over the Nile. We ate in two of the restaurants, the enormous coffee shop with a great menu and an excellent breakfast buffet and then the chocolate hour by the lounge bar with stunning views of the Nile and surrounding area was amazing thanks to Ms Taisir and Mr wissam for the invitations Highly recommended

Wonderful Hotel and Location
Our only regret with this hotel is that we didn't schedule a longer stay. It is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Access is only by boat but very well managed with the hotels water taxi's. Baggage is very well handled and their are electric buggies if you don't feel like walking from the quayside to the hotel. Fantastic grounds, beautifully maintained. Avery relaxed atmosphere everywhere. The staff in all areas are great, very friendly and very efficient. We had very spacious, well appointed rooms with excellent views over the Nile. We ate in two of the restaurants, the enormous coffee shop with a great menu and an excellent breakfast buffet and then the rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the Nile and surrounding area. The food in both was excellent. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for another night or two.
