Everything was perfect, staff very friendly and a-la-carte restaurants are a go to. The beach has sand instead of rocks like some other places. Room was new and very clean. Sensational aqua park. Recommend for a couple or a family ! 👍🥂🌞🥳❤

the hotel is quite suitable for couples and families, where you can find what you wish to have, Varity of restaurants are splendid, rooms cleaning and room service as well. staff are friendly and helpful; waterpark is a plus specially the adults' slides

Lebanese with chef Roger perfection Mamas eatery on the beach for breakfast outstanding Some new faces who are very concerned for your satisfaction and if any improvement feedback can be given The environmental farm shows all the commitments and will produce amazing products for the kitchen Mr Farouk you are doing an outstanding job as always

Nice territory with a large pool, wide beach. Cosy place at the beach with african handmade scarves. Perfect place for a family holiday. Food is pretty good, although beef is somewhat strange. The sea is shallow, a couple of smal riffs near the beach, nice for kids.

I am now writing my honest and personal experience. After Reading let say last 50 reviews I was thinking to changed this hotel, but in the end I was so happy that I did not do it! None of complaints happened to me and my family and we really enjoyed our time (mostly in excelent Aquapark🤩, because of our kinds 2 and 4 years old) staff There is excelent and also housekeeping, main, pool and Beach Bar! 🍻 Management also really care and its good you can meet them personally on cocktail night 🤝 Main restaurant and Aquapark restaurant are allright but I higly recommend to booked minimum once special restaurant Italian🤌 and Lebanesse 👌 level of the food and service is something else🔝(Mongol and Chinese we did not try) Nationality of quests are mostly Czech, Russia, Poland and Chinese,what only really makes me angry😡, was behaviour of some quest, which behave disrespectful to the staff and play like they are something more, but in the end after vacation go back to their shift jobs for average EU salary 🤣 what supraised me negatively was finding that not so many quests giving tips 🤔 staff really try their best to satisfied you and if you give them even one dollar/euro they really appreciate it and than will do everything what see in your eyes 👀 they deserve tips! Just imagine you are on their position and work in 35 - 45 degrees for 150 - 200 dollars for more than 300 hours monthly ‼️ Be sure we are back next year and we take also other family / families 🥰 From bottom of my heart I thank you🙏 Best regards Jakub Vach
