Amazing 1 week in Mövenpick
Hi everbody will try to outperform myself and write my extensive experience of our 7days stay in Mövenpick hotel. We booked 1st June-8th June. We arrived to the hotel at 08:00 in the morning. The reception was absolutely welcoming. Martinos supported us at check in and out as well At check in We did not want to wait until 2 p.m for our rooms so we requested an early check in for 2 rooms. It was additional charge but this was clearly explained and reasonable price. We got 2 rooms with terrace looking over the mountains. Very big room and spotlessly clean with big beds. Amazing. Zain at the main restaurant coordinateted the breakfast lunch and dinner with all of yhe waiters with amazing dedication. The food: Main restaurant: I told Zain and the main chef that we appreciate that ANYTIME we go all of the food counters looks amazing. The salads, main dishes, pasta , desserts are 5star through the 7 days we were there. Unbelievable effort the kitchen staff put in. AMAZING. The restaurants at al jazeera: We had dinner at the Italian, lebanese and mongolian restaurant. All of them 5 star with top service from the employees. Kitchen and service staff Ibrahim and Gherghis..were really friendly and absolutely good team at the pool bar. Local alcohols and cocktails were perfect. Life guard team at the pool area : helpful, friendly and not pushy. Spa team : also not pushy, they explain everything very well and do perfect deals. We had 4 sessions of 45mins massages. Ghada and Hashim thank you. Animation team outperformed themselves every day. At the pool area, at soma bar and theatre. Absolute friendly and helpful. We have a 4 year old daughter and attended the minidisco EVERY DAY. She had the best week of her life with these dace sessions. On the beach: We booked a 1 hour quad ride. It was amazing And tried the 30 mins camel ride. Absolutely well worth it. As a summary: 5 star 7 days holiday with my wife,mom and daughter. Amazing time in the hotel with good room with nice employees who made our stay perfect. All of the excursions(including quad ride, massage, Eden island, my mom was swimming with dolphins in red sea) were perfect. Zoli,Norma,Nova, Terézia

I had the pleasure of meeting Ibrahim Mahmoud during my stay, and I can honestly say he’s the best bartender I’ve ever met. Always smiling, friendly, and professional – he made every visit to the bar a real joy. His energy, hospitality, and positive attitude made our time even more special. Thank you for the amazing drinks and unforgettable atmosphere! 🌟🍹

Very good hotel also nice animators and very luxurious and beautiful hotel, batch and I really like it this hotel movenpick i really recommend especially felix from grup of animations. My trip was so good and I really liked food from movenpick

Movenpick very friendly and nice
Great hotel, lovely room and good food The beach is nice sand and the staff are so friendly and helpful at all times The hotel is a little out of the way but good and self contained with everything you need Brilliant animation team with great evening shows and will be back as soon as we can
