The attitude of the staff need to be revised, they need to have well trained people on the front that they can smile to the guests not giving them attitude and treat them as if they do them a favour and thatvthey are upset to see the guests coming to the hotel such us that guy called wessa he needs to be eliminated from dealing with tourism and hotel management. Another issue from the chef on the grill, you feel that he gives a free food to homeless people and humiliate them as if they are begging him for food, I had to put him in his place and had to shout at him for leaving my boys staying in the wrong place for 15 mins and then start serving others with no manners at all even when I spoke to him to make him treat guests with respect he stared giving me attitude as if I am the one who working for him not other way around however Mr. Ahmed the manager of chefs was a great deal he apologised eliminated that un educated untrained with no manner chef from the grill and replaced him with another one in addition a fruit basket was given to us as an apology. On the last day I met the hotel manager he was looking angry, I went to him greeted him, while it should be other way around, I was waiting him to apologise for untrained staff,instead he didn't say nothing. Well it seems that the staff are protected and they don't care for the management or guests as at the end as no body will pay for mistake only gusts do pay and the staff will remained atlitude.

A good place to stay in if you’re planning for a vacation in Sokhna. But still I might have second thoughts if I ever plan to go to sokhna again. The hotel is under rennovation now so this might change after the full rennovations. The hotel staff are super friendly and nice, whenever you ask them for anything they usually do it for you in a blink of an eye. We asked for an extra bed for a triple room and it was a bit rusty and makes me uncomfortable while sleeping and we asked for an extra mattress to make it a bit comfy. Can’t say anything negative about the food, was pretty good and varied, you can enjoy some good stuff from the grill every night during the buffet, they were super tasty and were made by chef Mohamed Sobhy, he’s super nice, professional, a very good cook and so friendly. Activities at night are okay, every night there is a show, or a singer and the animation team is good. The beach is walkable but needs minor modifications to get better. Pool is really good with a small bar to order food and drinks. The overall experience is good but not as expected as a quality of a 5* hotel.

First time to Sokhna and it won't be my last, thanks to this resort. Great value for money. -The staff is super polite and helpful, loved their attitude and hospitality. -Animation team is lovely, i liked the night shows by the sea, and the drinks were nice. -The view is beautiful, the mountain, the sea and the garden. -Food variety is great, it was fresh and tasty. -Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfy. -Only one pool BUT it was clean and not crowded, so i enjoyed it. -Water sports variety is nice, loved the pedal boat in the sea. Overall it's a great experience, me, my wife and kids truly loved it, and will make us consider coming to Sokhna again on the next holiday, especially this resort. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Hasan in the main restaurant who helped me arrange a small surprise for my wife on our anniversary. And Chef. Mohamed Sobhy, for his joyful spirit and hospitality. Thank you.

The hotel is amazing and the whole staff, the food is amazing, the seafood night is awesome the whole team is friendly, specially executive chef Ayman el sawy and his assistant Ahmed Rabia very helpful …… a must try experience, you will never regret it
