Choosing Movenpick was one of the best choice we made during our stay in Sharam, Staff are very kind and friendly, from chef, waiters, Reception. Mr.Omar Farouk on the reception was exceptional by his hospitality❤️ highly recommended Hotel❤️ My only concern was the huge number of stairs they have in the hotel, however, some people may not see it a problem, especially if they feel happy and valued❤️
The hotel was sooooo good, rooms were so clean and service was perfect, Stuff were sooo friendly specially a girl called Mennah she was so nice to us, and helped us a lot, sure I'll come again and I'll tell my friends about this beautiful hotel.
We arrived at the Mövenpick Resort in Sharm El Sheikh early on a Sunday morning, and from the moment we stepped in, we were genuinely impressed. Despite the early hour, the check-in process was smooth and effortless, thanks to the kind and professional staff member who welcomed us warmly and made sure we were settled in quickly and comfortably. Room & View Our room is beautifully maintained with a breathtaking view of the sea and pool area. The balcony overlooks this picturesque scene and has quickly become one of our favorite spots to relax. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat after a long day in the sun. The only area that could be improved here is the level of dust in the room—but overall, it’s a fantastic space to stay in. Staff & Service Every staff member we’ve encountered has been nothing short of amazing. They’re polite, attentive, and above all, incredibly caring—especially toward our children. It’s evident that the team here takes great pride in offering a family-friendly environment, which has made a huge difference in our experience. Dining & Allergy Support This is where Mövenpick truly exceeded all expectations. Our daughter has a gluten allergy and my wife a nut allergy—this often makes traveling and dining out quite stressful. However, we were advised to speak with the head chef, Mr. Ashraf. On our first day, he wasn't available, but his assistant Mr. Hany was there to help. Mr. Hany was absolutely brilliant—he thoroughly explained which dishes were safe and took the time to reassure us. It was the best allergy-aware service we’ve ever received at a hotel. The next day, we met Mr. Ashraf, who was equally caring and professional. He made us feel completely at ease, and for the first time in a long time, we were able to enjoy our meals without worry. A heartfelt thank you to both Mr. Hany and Mr. Ashraf for their outstanding service. A small suggestion for improvement: the buffet could benefit from a bit more variety, especially considering the high standards we’ve seen at other Mövenpick locations. Facilities & Activities The pool area is fantastic, offering a range of morning activities and fitness sessions that really enhance the holiday experience. The private beaches are another major highlight—you can enjoy snorkeling in crystal-clear waters without even leaving the resort. It’s perfect for both beginners and more seasoned swimmers. A Special Thanks to Mr. Tamer Last but certainly not least, we want to extend a special thank you to Mr. Tamer. He has been exceptional throughout our stay, always available, approachable, and going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. His presence and support have made this holiday especially memorable for our family. This has truly been one of the best family holidays we’ve had. The combination of stunning views, thoughtful staff, allergy-friendly dining, and fantastic amenities makes Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh a resort we will happily recommend and hope to return to in the future. Just a few minor tweaks could make it absolutely perfect!
Everything was perfect , the room was very clean , the food fresh and taste good and delicious , the staff was really kind specially menna she was really nice and kind person and she was trying her best to make us feel comfortable and happy she helped us in every thing we need .
Best hotel in Egypt we stayed in. - Amazing location - on Naama bay but right on the hill in the beginning of the bay, so you see an open sea and a bay with the night lights, very beautiful. Not super windy - Beach - best part, you can come to the water from the beach, sandy, big, with great infrastructure, we even came with a stroller there every day. So you can swim and snorkle right from the beach, without a bridge even, and marine life is just outstanding. We swam with octopuses, murenas like 1,5 meters, 1 time with a huuuge turtle, baracudas and of course a lot of small fishes. Coral reef is beautiful and not boring, there is a "wall" and many smaller islands of corals so you can swim above them. - Rooms - we stayed in new part of a building, with upgraded rooms, it was great, very clean, everything is new (like few years old kind of), beautiful interior in arabic style. We stayed with a 4 months old baby so we asked right away for a room on the ground floor, withoud hesitation hey gave it to us so it was super close to the restaurant and beach. - Food - kudos to chef, everything was great, all meals we tried were good, a lot of meat, just amazing grill stuff to the dinner. - Staff - very polite, speak multiple languages, very kind - Infrastructure - mobility part is not the best as there is a part where you can't go with a stroller so you have to carry a stroller, but it's from 4th to 5th floor only. - Activities - big tennis for free, gym I highly reccomend this hotel and we would love to come again. It was best vacation ever
