I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the entire place was truly amazing. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff—everyone was so welcoming and professional. I would like to give special thanks to Sameh and Menna at the reception, who were particularly cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed every moment. It was the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you once again for your excellent service. We would definitely love to stay with you again in the future.
Once again our annual family vacation was an excellent experience at our favorite hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the food is excellent quality and taste with a very professional staff from the new head chef to the smallest busboy. The beach is very clean and safe with very good life guards. Special thanks to: - Reception staff Kamal, Artem, M. Ayman, Menna, bell captains (Ismail and Shaaban) - Beach Hamada&Hamada , Mostafa, Talal and Firo. - Housekeeping A. Disappointing Experience – Not True All-Inclusive Unfortunately, our stay at Mövenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh did not meet expectations, especially considering the Mövenpick brand. What I found particularly unacceptable is that the minibar in the room is not included in the all-inclusive package — not even water. Only 1.5 liters of bottled water are provided per day per room, which is simply inadequate in a desert climate where tap water is not drinkable. This is not just disappointing but raises basic health and hospitality concerns. Upon arrival, we had to wait over 1 hours for our room during check-in. Despite this delay at the lobby bar, they insisted on charging us for drinks — even after we showed proof of our all-inclusive reservation. Another major issue: we did not receive the room type we booked. We had specifically requested and were confirmed for a ground floor room. Despite raising this concern at check-in, no solution was offered. Overall, the value for money is highly questionable, and sadly, the Mövenpick brand did not live up to the premium standards we expected. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone seeking a true, stress-free all-inclusive holiday.
We had great stay with my family. Thanks for Mr. Kamal and all FO team, Ahmed from Housekeeping, Muhammad Shaban from kebapgy restaurant, fawzi from pool restaurant, Nadeer from lobby bar also fantastic guest relations team. They make our life easy and more funny.
This hotel is great and very clean, great service and the staff are very nice, the animation team is very kind and the food is very good especially the breakfast the hotel is clean and the rooms are very clean the view is amazing and very cozy
