Convenient location
The hotel's location can't be beat, you step out of the hotel and you're right at the gate to enter into the Prophet's mosque. I've stayed in the Makkah towers section of this hotel 3x over the past and the rooms haven't changed at all in that time. They are outdated, though the room sizes are good. Our room and also of others traveling with us smelled of cigarette smoke and the staff didn't do anything to fix that.

Book elsewhere, you've been warned
There is only one reason you would want to stay here, and that is if you are visiting Madina, with female members of your family, or elderly persons to have an easy time getting to Masjid an Nabwi. The bathrooms: mouldy, limescale. The decor in the rooms: dated and worn out, cracks and chips in the walls. Every room is a mixed bag. The customer service? Arrogant, inflexible, and pompous, they act like you are infringing on them when YOU are the guest. This is a 3 star hotel at best and that's being extremely kind. The cleaners are humble and accomodating to your needs. I have travelled enough to know what a 5 star hotel is, and what excellent customer service is. This is a far cry from that. They are lucky to be in close proximity to the masjid, that is all it has going for it. Book elsewhere, I sadly ignored the reviews and already tempered my expectations... yet still the bar was lowered.

Best hotel in Madinah ❤️
We have stayed here many times. Perfect location near the ladies gates. Bin dawood on the bottom floor great supermarket . Lots of food places on the middle floor. Mashallah the staff are 10/10 very helpful . Beautiful views of the mosque, my heart is always in Madinah and can’t wait to return inshalaah.

Alhamdulilah great stay.
After a long flight from London Heathrow, the family were very tired and I was hoping that we would get in our rooms quickly so that we can pray the morning prayer before going to sleep. I was met with a gentleman from check-in by the name of Samih. He was very professional and checked us in very quickly even though he was the only one on the desk dealing with several customers. Hotel cleaners true hero’s. Nothing is too Much trouble. It is because of this that I always book direct with Movenpic hotel through the Accor app and I’m happy to say they do not fail to deliver and it’s people like Samih who are an asset to the company and make it as successful as it is. Hotel is close to gate 326-328 to enter courtyard. Close to both men and women entrances.
