We were very cordially greeted by the reception staff specially Sister Nehal and sister Muhja were exceptionally helpful and professional and this experience made my day. I will always come to this hotel for this very reason that the staff wants younhere and take good care of you. Super happy.
We were informed by our travel agent that this hotel was one of the best options in Madinah. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing, to the point that we considered leaving almost immediately after arrival. To begin with, we were promised connecting rooms, only to be told by the front desk upon arrival that this was impossible. Check-in was scheduled for around 6:00 PM, which is already unacceptable. However, matters worsened when we were forced to wait an additional two hours to receive our rooms, followed by another four hours before being given the correct accommodation. The front desk staff were clearly overwhelmed. Simply asking a question required standing in a long queue, which added to the frustration. The waiting area itself is extremely small, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortable. The guest restroom is in a deplorable condition—unhygienic, unpleasant, and consisting of only one stall to serve all arriving guests. Every room we encountered had a strong smell of smoke, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. Additionally, the bathroom layout is poorly designed; the bathroom door does not open properly as it collides with either the sink or the toilet seat. To make matters worse, the hotel does not offer lunch service. Upon arrival, after an exhausting and lengthy check-in process, we were forced to leave the hotel to search for a place to eat. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations and does not reflect the quality or service one would expect from a hotel described as “one of the best” in Madinah.
My stay at your hotel was truly outstanding. Although brief, it exceeded all expectations. This remarkable experience was made possible by the exceptional staff, with special appreciation to Mr. Khaled. Mr. Khaled exemplifies true hospitality through his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. His presence added great value and made the stay truly memorable. Sincere thanks to Mr. Khaled and the entire team for delivering such an exceptional experience.
The hotel is very run down and in need of a redesign. Service was not at a 5 star standard. Hardly saw a hotel employee the whole time. We stayed 3 nights and our bathroom was not cleaned once in this period even though housekeeping came in once to attend to the room. By the time we left we had run out of toilet paper and was using the tissues. It seems to me that this hotel is taking advantage of the fact that pilgrims come to the holy city needing a place to stay and with limited options around the haram, think they can offer substandard accommodation because they will always be at capacity. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is probably not for you. This is more 4 star. Some positives: location is excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok considering the size of guests. Some of the staff at breakfast were helpful.
I don’t even know where to start… Firstly, the initial rooms given to us were on the 8th floor of the Madinah Tower. The rooms smelt like someone died in there. (This is not a joke). Also the rooms did not look like anything near a 5 star hotel room. It was more of a 3 star hotel room. The furniture in general was old, however a lot of it was broken and falling apart. They were also not very clean. The carpet was ripped and sticky, infact most of the room felt sticky. We returned to the reception and told them about this, they ensured us that those were 5 star rooms which I still can’t believe they said that, however they showed us another room to stay in. They only showed 1 out of the 2 rooms, I believe they did this on purpose as they knew the room they didn’t show was not good as this also had a smell and a lot of the things were falling apart. We reported this to the hotel and they did not seem to care at all. The staff don’t look to resolve anything and just said to take it up with the agency when clearly the room they’ve provided is not even 3 star quality let alone 5 star. Extremely upset with their service and would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
