Perfect location with great views of the holy prophets mosque. The most comfortable rooms with the best hotel beds I ever slept in. Check inn team amazing, concierge team five star . Restaurant staff really friendly and helpful as well. Clean and housekeeping standards impeccable with great service from Dilwar and Rabbi. Great friendly guys that provide service with a big smile even from housekeeping manager Morshed.
I have been here 1 day and i can tell this is NOT a 5 star hotel even for the saudi standards. At nest 3 star. Apart from the location it is terrible. I wish i could checkout and move but i cant as im with family. The reception staff especially the ladies are so rude. They dont smile at customers, always misserable. Secondly the hotel decorations are old the rooms need repainting, the bathroom has mould and smell. Thr room have little storage space. They charge more then the other 5 stars im the area but i would say poor poor service so dont book here..i stayed in the other 5 stars in madinah and they are much better. This hotel ruined our stay in madinah, i dont know how im going to stay here for 7 days.
My stay was better compared to the Pullman Zamzam Hotel in Makkah. The rooms were much cleaner, and the bathroom, though small, was convenient. The amenities were more than enough, and the location was the best. I had a great stay. Housekeeping staff was very nice.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My child was sick at 3am, and when I tried to reach housekeeping from my room telephone, no one answered for over 20 minutes. When I finally got through, I was left on hold for what felt like an eternity. To make matters worse, when I eventually spoke to Umar, there was no apology for the delay or the situation we were facing. Instead, he told me to come downstairs from the 13th floor with my sick, half-asleep child. This was not only inconvenient but completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The lack of empathy, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of the situation left me extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re expecting decent service or any support in an emergency.
Only ONE gd thing abt this hotel is the location and the concierge staff are nice. Besides this, reception staff need some kind of trainings or whatever the h… I went down telling the lady I’m extending and gave her all the details, few mins later someone opens up the door on my room .. I go back to reception the guy keeps asking stupid questions instead of looking where the issue came from!? Didn’t bother to apologise or at least show some kind of empathy and proemfessionalism.. I felt unsafe and left night way before morning check out even I paired for the whole day!!! This might be a one time error but BIG ONE, but also hotel itself not worth it, so unorganized, so dirty, unprofessional staff in reception and restaurant. Not worth a pinny to be honest and definitely not booking it again
