Regrettably, a water leak and a blocked toilet resulted in a flood in room 10076. Despite promptly informing the receptionists upon check-in, the issue was not addressed with the appropriate urgency. After approximately four hours, I contacted the duty manager, who surprisingly expressed complete unawareness of the situation. Upon relocating to room 11078, I encountered an equally distressing problem—the incessant sound of sewage water flowing through the pipes prevented me from obtaining any sleep throughout the night. Overall, this experience was profoundly unsatisfactory.
Ziyarart in Urdu and Eng will be helpful And how about hotel give the remark in masjid nabbi to do elevators on gate 328 to 336 one or two elevator's going down to washrooms, specially men side , my husband has disability he had hard time to go washroom by stairs . Most of the time we had to come all the way in hotels . Appreciate if this comes in action it will help lots of pilgrimage in hajj and umra and if they stay move and pick they don’t need to come hotel for washrooms specially for senior. Hopefully when I come next year then there is elevators in masjid near gates . Jazakallah
I am here for six nights . Check in was very good . Manager sohaid is an excellent person. Gave us very good service and discount to get haram view. Let’s talk about hotel now . Always wanted to stay in this as very close to masjid al nabvi. I am little disappointed as it seems very old and needs lots of work to be done in rooms . Tv not working. Toilets are broken and not very clean . For a five star hotel it has to be up to that standard… lifts are very good and quick . Location is excellent.
I came here with Family and the rooms were really dated and old looking. The corridors and lobby, were all very dated and was not a warm and welcoming feeling. The sockets were flaky, shower screen broken, fridge initially not working (Fixed after) Just so many things that need improving here. Breakfast was very limited and not appetising at all. The best thing is that the hotel is conveniently placed with a short walk towards the Haram area.
Very bad services and the room was woeful and very nosy and the sink was clogged. It was a nightmare.I will never go there again.further more the front disk employees was unfriendly at all and charge me more than the agreed upon price. It’s not recommended to any body.
