Fantastic hotel in jeddah.I had stay 2 days & I never feel I am alone.Hotel staff especially Imtiaz take care for me & very friendly with me.Really I give highly recommended to all of my collogues.
I stayed during November for a week long solo business trip. The hotel room, meeting rooms, gym, pool and public areas were excellent. The ballroom is also very beautiful. I absolutely loved the food - both Rasoi and the hotel restaurant (especially the breakfast and lunch buffets which included local Saudi food recipes) were really excellent. Best croissants and omelettes i've had in a hotel - clearly both using the best ingredients and made fresh! The service was very good indeed - everyone was friendly, highly attentive, and eager to help. Look forward to staying again.

This was my first time staying here. But the room was amazing. Both the restaurants in the hotel were amazing. Customer service was outstanding.
