A Magical Stay Right at the Gates of Petra
From the very first moment we stepped into the Mövenpick Hotel in Petra, we felt like we were being gently embraced by genuine hospitality. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and thoughtful care, patiently explaining everything we needed to know—not just about the hotel, but also about visiting Petra itself. Their advice was practical, insightful, and helped us experience the ancient city in a much deeper, more meaningful way. Our room was nothing short of five-star excellence—elegantly furnished, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We were touched by the thoughtful welcome gifts, including fine chocolates that added a sweet, personal touch to our arrival. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. We were especially grateful for Mary Ann and Mohammad R, whose presence was almost magical. They were always there when we needed them, yet never intrusive. It felt as though they could read our minds—whatever we were thinking about appeared just when we needed it. That kind of silent, intuitive service is incredibly rare, and it created the perfect harmony of privacy and hospitality. They made our dinner not just a meal, but a memory. And of course, we can't speak highly enough of the location. The hotel is situated literally steps away from the entrance to Petra. After enjoying a delicious and generous breakfast (with options ranging from local specialties to international favorites), we were able to walk straight into the rose-red wonder of the ancient city. There's truly no better place to stay if you want to immerse yourself in Petra without the stress of travel logistics. This hotel doesn't just offer luxury—it offers soul. Amazing Staff
The staff really make this place the hotel is amazingly well located and the rooms and facilities are lovely but the staff is the standout here particularly one of the waiters Fouad he really went above and beyond to provide amazing service.

Indeed a 5 star hotel !!!
Can't lie, this is one of the nicest hotels that I've been to. I really enjoy my travel here in Jordan, especially having to witness one of the Seven Wonders of the World. I chose this hotel since a friend recommended it. I love the place, the ambiance, and most importantly, the staffs, special shoutout to Maria Kasandra, you're the best in entertaining a traveler/customer. Definitely will be back soonest.

The best resort
This resort is the best resort. I had the most amazing buffet. Mary Ann and fouad were very pleasant. The hospitality from them was immaculate. I would recommend this resort to tourists and family it had a very welcoming environment Coming again!

Great hotel in a great location!
This hotel was the perfect stay for us for our 3 nights in Petra. The room was very clean, the staff (without exception) were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was really good (particularly the rooftop restaurant). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others visiting Petra.
