A fantastic stay while visiting Petra, fabulous service from absolutely everyone in the hotel (especially Rashed in the bar). I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Excellent food, clean rooms and fabulous location. If you have time you must have a swim in the pool too. Thank you everyone!
The hotel is situated almost across the road from the Petra Visitor Centre, making it so convenient. The staff are very helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The roof top restaurant at the hotel was a magical setting - the food is great and the portions are enormous.
This is my second stay at a Movenpick resort while on a Viking Cruise and if you can believe it, this was better than the first. Clean, and comfortable. Excellent food, friendly staff especially Ziad M who waited on us during their happy hour! So close and convenient to Petra, shops and museum. A wonderful place to stay!
We spent 4 lovely nights in this hotel. This is a lovely place. Everything was perfect ! The room was nice, the rooftop with a nice view. Our preference was for their Iwan Fine Dining restaurant. Food and service were perfect. Special thanks for Mary Ann (+++) and Mohammad ! I recommend
I’ve been many times with my family and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can only say that their service was excellent. Thanks everyone especially to mr. Abedrabo for his help in getting us through the booking process very smoothly!
