Nice stay overall. • Chocolate hour from 4–5 pm with a small cup of chocolate. A small gesture, but it really makes the welcome feel warm. • Beautifully decorated in Arabic style. The room was spacious and there was nothing to complain about. • Bathroom amenities are from Yuni Beauty. • Dinner buffet was delicious. Chicken mandi was the highlight, but the cakes were the real star — honestly good enough to be sold in a bakery. • Breakfast was great, though a bit chaotic around 7 am, so you might want to avoid that time. Omelet station, lots of freshly made juices, and made-to-order coffee. • For your information: you can hear the melodic Adhan (Islamic call to prayer) from the room, which happens five times a day — Fajr (dawn), Dhuhr (midday), Asr (afternoon), Maghrib (sunset), and Isha (night). A unique local experience that adds cultural atmosphere. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is truly excellent and outstanding. The staff are amazing and very professional. I also stayed at this hotel in Aswan for four nights, and I was extremely satisfied with everything. Ibrahim at the restaurant was especially kind and helpful. If I ever travel to Petra again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The hotel is located exactly across the Petra , separated from the city, which makes it very clean, peaceful, and pleasant.

We found this hotel suitable for my husband and me. The room was very clean. I thank the floor supervisor, Hamza F, for his attention to us, along with Jawad s, Yahya a, and Mu'ayyad k. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel . Room is clean . First night no heater and was cold . Second night was ok Location is excellent , walking distance to Petra . Restaurant has good food and service is excellent . Shout out to Kasandra and Khalid for their exceptional service

We came here as we were looking for somewhere close to Petra for dinner and ended up booking to stay the night instead of going back to our original hotel! Great food and service.
