Mövenpick Petra

For me, food, lights and ambiance are very important when choosing hotels where I'll stay, and Movenpick Petra is just too perfect, considering all the factors that a hotel must have. Plus, they have very amazing staffs that are always smiling and ready to assist you, I met these two pals while I'm having breakfast, Miss Kasandra and Mr. Omar, the way speak are too professional and gentle, treating me like a VIP, thanks to them, they made my stay more fun! And about the hotel? well lit, clean and organized. I just love it there. I wish I can visit there again. Amazing memories that I will never forget!

Al Maqa’ad Bar is excellent. Jordanian food and international specialities. Good selection of wines and spirits. Outstanding service and attention from supervisor Muath N, waitress Mary Ann G and bar tender Mohammad R. Will definitely come back!

The rooms are clean, the facilities are in good conditions, the location is amazing, food is good and abundant on their buffets, but what we must liked was the staff, especially Mary Ann and Muath. They made our evenings! Really 5* service provided. Thank you guys! Also I would like to add that JORDAN IT IS SUPER SAFE, don’t be afraid to visit because there’s nothing to worry about and the people are the nicest I have ever met. 🇯🇴 in my ❤️

Mary Ann from the Philippines was the best waitress in my entire trip to Jordan. She was so happy, and very helpful. She was very attentive and really looked after us. Mary Ann was always smiling and was always asking us if we need anything. She made our chocolate hour very memorable and relaxing!

The hotel wasn’t very busy due to the neighbouring conflict in Palestina. Nevertheless the staff was so attentive, hospitable and welcoming. From the door by Waed , the reception, the bar by Mary Ann or the restaurant, everywhere you were saluted with a smile. The hotel is very well located, you walk straight in to Petra. The rooms are clean comfortable, the bathroom is clean and shower has good pressure. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are very good with a lot of local options, which I very like. All and all a wonderful experience.
