I had an amazing stay here as always Movenpick City Aqaba the beat place for families l, and this back to the fronk office Dep specially Manager Taher Semreen he did an amazing job with all these Occupancy and also big thanks for Haneen and Baraa they wew professional with us
This the second stay for me here in Movenpick city Aqaba, I always choose to stay here, you will feel like you are in your second home, I would like to say they have an amazing employee at reception ( Haneen Mushtaha ) from reception, she was very professional with us.
I visited Aqaba with my wife and 6 year old kid. Apart from the great location, clean beach, wide range of swimming pools, spotless clean rooms and great resturants, The really great about this hotel is its wonderfull staff, they make your stay comfortable and joyfull. It starts from the reception where they welcome you with a warm smile and offer you all the information & assisstant you need. Many thanks ( Sana'a ,Haneen & Hanan). The rooms are comfortable and spotless clean with great views , the hotel itself might be a bit old but well maintained. You might find something that need to be fixed but the maintainance stuff are there to help in no time . Many thanks Mohamed Alsakran. The beach and pools are great and clean with lifegaurds all over the place which make you feel safe with you little kids. (Thanks Ayman and Abd Alraziq). The breakfast and dinner are great , varaity of dishes that nearly suits any taste even young spoiled kids like my little boy, all clean and well served. Many thanks ( chief Fadi ,chief Mohammed and thier assisstant Ibrahim). The prices are higher than last year but with the quality of services you are offered, I consider it well spent money. A very freindly place for a vacation with your family. Highly recommended . Good value for money. Thanks Movenpick staff.
They really had the worst customer satisfaction ever, I was trying to explain how bad my stay is and the unprofessional employees kept telling me it’s the policy with no sense. This hotel before was a 5-stars but now I think they should go 3-stars. DO NOT waste your money here.
Avoid This Scam Hotel at All Costs If you're deciding between 5 star 2-star or 3-star hotel and this so-called "5-star" hotel, do yourself a favor and choose the other option—blindly. Trust me, anything is better than this place. The rooms are horrendous. The furniture is ruined and filthy, and the floors have an awful smell that lingers throughout the room. The mattress and pillows are at least 30 years old and completely uncomfortable. The bathrooms are in a deplorable state, with drainage issues that leave water standing in the shower. The room itself was disgusting (see attached photos). The so-called balcony ( pigon coop) hasn't been cleaned in at least five years and even more and the table out there is utterly filthy and disgusted. To make matters worse, the room had only one light lamp, and it wasn't even working because it had the wrong socket type. Frankly, nothing is good at this hotel. I've never encountered a "resort" that charges $10 for an ice bucket, whether for your room or by the pool. The most annoying part of all was the dishonesty and disrespect of the reception staff made me wait over an hour to get my room, even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room with a balcony because I have a four-year-old child and can't stand cigarette smoke. He assured me it was non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarettes, with ashtrays inside, and the "balcony" (which should be called a pigeon coop) was covered in pigeons poos, cigaret ashes. Breakfast was a nightmare in every possible way. Trust me when I say this: avoid this scam at all costs. The hotel charges more than $200 per night, .
