My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. My favorite part was the check-in experience with a receptionist named ragad (I really tried to pronounce her name correctly, but I’m not sure I succeeded!). She was absolutely lovely and made our stay much easier by recommending many great places to visit. Her English was excellent, and she was truly the perfect fit for the reception desk. She made a great first impression and added real value to our stay.
We stayed here for three nights with my wife Maria and our children. I’ve been back in Poland for a week now, but my heart is still in Jordan. I would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful holiday we spent with them. Special thanks to Lawrence the check-in process was smooth and easy. And a very special thank to Naheel. As soon as she knew we hadn’t had lunch, she suggested the hotel restaurant. What really touched me was that she pronounced my Polish name correctly, which made me feel how attentive she is to details it was a truly lovely gesture. Thank you to the restaurant team as well, lunch was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Arabic food. Hope see you again all Jordan will be always in my heart

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff at the Mövenpick Hotel for the respect, kindness, and high moral standards I received. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service ensured the best possible outcome. I especially want to mention Nahil, Habib, and Lawrence; they were all wonderful. I am truly grateful, and it was a fantastic experience. God willing, I will return. Thank you, Mövenpick
Stayed 2 night as part of a two week trip through Jordan. The service, staff, beds and all facilities are excellent as well at having its own private beach and jetty. The breakfast buffet was extensive however many of the hot items were not. I think due to being the low season and the restaurant was empty. I suspect that the food had been out for an hours before we arrived and had no been heated or topped up. Can’t comment on dinner as we dined out both nights. There are many good local restaurants within an easy walk to choose from.
