A Perfect Romantic Getaway
We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve stay at Mövenpick Petra as a couple. The atmosphere was truly magical, with excellent arrangements that made the celebration special and memorable. The room was perfectly arranged, very clean, and extremely comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Jawad S, for his outstanding service, professionalism, and respectful attitude. We would also like to thank Hamza F, the supervisor, for his great cooperation and support throughout our stay. A truly exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Petra.🌷

Perfect location and tranquil paradise
We had an amazing experience this week at the Movenpick in Petra. The location is perfect for exploring Petra, it's literally across the street from the entrance. The hotel is decorated to a elegant and tasteful Arabian theme. The welcome staff at reception of Ahmed and Moteaz were super helpful and allowed us a smooth and comfortable check in. Thanks for all your support and hospitality during our stay, it was perfect!

Incredible stay, incredible staff, wonderful hotel!
Wow, what a beautiful hotel and conveniently located right outside the gates to Petra. We arrived on 2nd January after a long drive from Dead Sea and we were greeted with a warming smile from Belal. He told us about our upgraded room and we were delighted, it was stunning with a beautiful balcony terrace. The cakes in the room were also a wonderful surprise. We were very tired from the drive so we decided to take room service and wow, we were not disappointed! Ziad served us the room service - what a lovely man. We had a great conversation and he recommended the tomato beef stew dish (Galayet Bandora) and oh WOW it was so good!!! He told us it was King Abdullah II favourite dish too which was so insightful. The next morning came and we didn't have time to eat breakfast so we were kindly offered the breakfast boxes to take with us to Petra, so helpful and time saving! We would have loved to have stayed longer here but we were heading to Wadi Rum on 3rd January. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay memorable, nothing was ever too much trouble - you should be very proud of all the team here. Other mentions: Waleed the porter so lovely and Hasanat and Aya on reception, so friendly. We would love to return. Best wishes, Laura and Nick Galea

Dinner at al iwan
Mohammad Ali and Mohammad younes and saif at al iwan restaurant were perfect team and professional. Nice service and and nice people and the food very good .
