Al Iwan Fine Dining
We done late at al Iwan Restaurant but they still welcome us warmly. Mary Ann was amazing and friendly very profesional person. Our best Food here in Jordan.. we ordered steak and she recommend the movenpick ice cream which we had as our Desert. Highlands recommend restaurant . Thank you!!!

Memorable stay
I would like to thank you for the very special welcome we received on this special occasion. It was a truly memorable stay and we felt as pampered as if we were at home. As well as the entire front desk team, who showed great professionalism and attention to detail, especially Mutaz who accompanied us during our 2 days for all his little attentions that made these days memorable. Highly recom.
The location is excellent—right across from the museum and the entrance to Petra. The room was clean and perfectly sized for a solo traveler. I dined at Al Iwan Restaurant for a change from the usual local cuisine, and they served delicious Mediterranean dishes. The food and ambience were both wonderful. Servers Saif and Maryann were attentive and helpful, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. Maryann, in particular, was cheerful and even helped me by breaking my large bill into smaller denominations. Great service! I highly recommend Mövenpick Petra.

The night time restaurant manager Khaleav was very warm and friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. Love the convenience of this hotel. The beds were comfy and the water pressure with good. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great food, great stay, great service.
Amazing service, from both Mary Ann and Saif, welcoming and some friendly! And Ibrahim also made me a wonderful birthday cake!! Cannot fault the service. Every small issue or concern was listened to and dealt with, with a smile. Honestly made our trip.
