First-rate Hotel and Customer Service!
The ambiance of the restaurant is simply fantastic! The cozy atmosphere,soft lighting, and elegant decor create the perfect setting for the breakfast or even a special occasion. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the creative twists on arabic dishes. “Off course the tiptop was the service, I can’t say enough good things about the service in the breakfast. The staff are incredibly accommodating for minor changes and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are happy specially Mary Ann Yahya and Hamza and the rest of the team! Kudos for your dedication and efforts!

Best Petra hotel
So happy to be at this resort. What people . To welcome you in their restaurant starting with Fouad H and Khalid H as well as the chef Muhissen H and Zieead M ( the big fellow) is truly a treat . Always with a smile . Ahmed at the reception was incredible host Everyone here help you Thanks Team

Excellent hospitality and good food with nice music
This is the review for the bar at Al maa’ad bar. The food was tasty and really enjoyed the hospitality by moath n ( bar manager) and Mary k! Thank you so much for welcoming us! We opted here due to the menu selection and happy hour from 4-6. I also enjoyed the movenpick ice cream. Everyone here is so friendly and the food was always warm and tasty.

A great surprise
I went to the Al Maqa’ad Bar for a cocktail and I was met my the most friendly bartender Muadt.N who gave me his signature cocktail which is amazing. Hibiscus, sage, peach liqueur and vodka. No sugar. Absolutely divine! Must try. The bar itself is a work of art. If you are in Petra it’s the best place for a classy night cap.
