Beautiful Resort! Excellent breakfast buffet, fabulous Dead Sea float,great staff
This place is amazing! Extensive grounds perched right on the edge of the Dead Sea. Accommodations were spacious with a private porch with seating. The food at the breakfast buffet was outstanding in both quality and variety. I ate all Jordanian food and found it to be on par with the breakfast buffets we had in 5-stars in Cairo. Our experience with the staff in the dining room, the bar and down at the beach was all excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The Dead Sea beach experience exceeded my expectations. The two young men employees at the beach helped us into and out of the water for our float, helped to mud us up and rinse off as well as take many many photos of us.

Exceptional Resort,
Thanks to all the Front office , food & beverage, and housekeeping and Kitchen team to make our stay memorable. We were there for 2 days but this beautiful, so much to explore. Easy checkin and such a great selections of restaurants. As Hotelier myself i loved how the people work here , they are going beyond expectations. The food was so good, we love mansef and all the dinner preparations, and breakfast thank you for that lady and chef for my exceptional order. Restaurant the grill was also great, nice food and the cats were really cute and friendly over there. After making reservations 1 month back i called reservations team atleast 5 time to send me the confirmation mail for my visa process, they always said we will send but didn’t came. Fortunately i got my visa without that. And kindly provide het spray in the washroom as well. Overall the hotel was very beautiful and huge so we need atleast 1 days to only explore what is there .

I enjoyed my stay there because of the great housekeeping of Mr. Abed Theeb. His amazing hospitality and care for details made this trip amazing. Also to mention Abed Salim and Ahmad Ajrami from check in. Very great and professional staff. The check in process was seamless. The rooms are very clean and tidy. And the swimming pools are amazing.

Wonderful stay
This was our second visit to this hotel. We came for the UCI Gran Fondo racing. The staff are so helpful and always friendly. We enjoyed especially enjoyed the heated pool and floating in the dead sea. Special thank to Samer who looked after our room and kept the fridge stocked and to Margaret who looked after us dinner.

Outstanding Spa
I'm not one to go "beyond the basics" when it comes to spa treatments, but was convinced to try what turned out to be an awesome salt and black mud treatment by therapist Sylva Jaycel. It was amazing. My only complaint: it ended too soon! Of the many activities available on the property, definitely make time for this.
