We had a very good experience in this hotel. First of all, the staff is very very kind . Special thanks to Mohamed Salah and all his team. 10mn walk from the DMCC metro (10mn walk) . The room (suite) was spacious and comfortable with a separate dining lounge and the bedroom with a big bathroom. The breakfast has a lot of choice . You can sit inside or outside on a terrace overviewing the lake.Even if it is in town, there is a shuttle bus ( you have to book beforehand) that brings you to a beach club. There you will have a subeditor and an umbrella. There are changing rooms ( with shower). Very close to the hotel you have a good supermarket Grandiose where you can buy your lunch or dinner if you want.

The hôtel is well located not far away from the DMCC metro station ( 10mn walk). The room was very comfortable 610 , clean and above all Mohamed Salah and all his staff are very kind and smiling people. The breakfast is very nice , hot food and a large selection of products. You can ask for an omelette or something else. Nearby you have a very good supermarket called Grandiose where you can buy your lunch or dinner at decent prices . The pool has a reasonable size, towels are provided. On top of that you have a shuttle bus that brings you to Riva Beach club. You need to book in advance the shuttle, but it is very convenient. You have another shuttle bus that goes to the mall , same procedure. Thank you to all the staff and looking forward to our next stay in Al Marjan next Friday, hope it will be as good as our stay in Dubai JLt.

The hotel is very good excellent service the room was very nice the food was great Samir helped us a lot thank you very much . The location of the hotel is nice ce as well everything is available super market lakes totally i recommend this hotel , and the commuter availability also fantastic there are so many restaurants near by laundries saloons pharmacy as well.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai. Although it’s a bit older and could use some renovations here and there, we still found our stay very pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We booked without breakfast, as we don’t usually need much food in the morning. There are plenty of great alternatives nearby. Our room (618) was always impeccably maintained thanks to Madhu — he does an excellent job — 6 out of 5 stars for this kind gentleman. One thing we found a bit disturbing was the noise level next to the hotel, as there is a lot of construction going on. We would have appreciated this information beforehand, similar to how it was communicated at the Voco the Palm Hotel in 2024. There, we knew what to expect. All in all, would we come back? It’s questionable — not because of the hotel, but simply because there are so many beautiful places in the world waiting to be explored. A big thank you again to the team — I was very happy about the birthday cake. Keep up the great work!
