customers for many years, when we work in Dubai we also spend 1/2 months in this hotel. As soon as I arrived this year I found everything changed a lot and for the worse. it is no longer a 5 star hotel but a 3 star one! 1) Pool area very dirty on the floor. my daughter leaned on the edge of the pool for a moment and she was black with dirt, hair, hair and dust! Does no one ever clean it? how disgusting! 2) The pool area doesn't have a single inflatable/doughnut for kids and no one to inflate even my life jacket! never happened in any hotel in Dubai! Never! 3) Wrong bill at the pool bar, they marked me for an extra water and a double price for the children's menu 4) Today my daughter turned one and usually in every hotel they make a cake with balloons even if it's just 1 chocolate or a letter. nothing here! zero! very rude. no happy birthday for his first year!! terrible.. 5) the new rooms smell full and look like studentato. !!

We stayed on 11/06/24. Nikita and Shoaib was very helpful they also upgraded our room to suite room, I give 5 stars to them. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

The bar is small but nicely designed. The Thai restaurant is excellent and the service - throughout the hotel - is really good. There is more than enough parking in the underground car park. very good hotel like the view from the hotel. room was very clean and big rooms. all staff are very good specially azim from housekeeping he is really good guy. recommended to stay in this hotel. swimming pool and gym is also very big. like the lobby coffee shop.

This is an excellent Hotel The hotel is close to DBX and UBER was less than £5. In fact it is walkable from Terminal 1. Only 10 minutes, exit via the airport mosque and walk along 51st Street We booked via Stay For Long and got a very good rate. Reception Ms Stella were highly professional and helpful. We’re were fortunate to get a floor 4 room - recently refurbished- the room was beautiful- brand new , top quality and very large - spotlessly clean. The public areas are lovely , the pool was very good , This is not an ultra luxury Dubai hotel , but it offers fantastic value for money, is in a great location - is very safe and secure. It’s is also wonderfully soundproofed - possibly one of the quietest hotels I’ve been in for years Breakfast was extensive and very good quality, the hotel offers a special rate if pre booked only 60 Diram - excellent value. In summary if you get a good price this is a excellent choice - staff are always professional and extremely well mannered and respectful- will definitely return Thank you Mr and Mrs Paul R 20/10/24
