My wife and I stayed at the JLT MÖVENPICK in January 2025 and found the staff to be highly attentive and very helpful. The receptionists, Zipporah in particular, was always willing to help and was keen to ensure that all was to our satisfaction. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again!
