Great hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay with Mövenpick. They even have a private beach and free shuttle service to take you. Facilities are great including a gym, pool with towels and restaurants that offer 20% off we recommend UBK! Everyone was friendly and we appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. A big thank you to Atsal and the housekeeping team.

Bad service
Very very bad experience. I’ve asked for some amenities in the room when we arrive for my wife as it was her birthday. They sent a cheese cake slice 2 days after at the breakfast. They don’t care, they just appear friendly. 5* hotel for nothing.

Excellent staff for an average Business Hotel.
A great reminder of why staff at hotels are so important. Although the property is a bit old and frayed at the edges, the staff makes up for it in every way. You are pampered, looked after and any request is dealt with promptly. Chef Ajay, Chef Pusushu, Samjhana, Arun, Eliyas and the rest of the breakfast staff make the morning meal a joyful event. The front desk staff and concierge desk are equally kind and very helpful. Rooms are spotless, and the cleaning team is efficient, discreet and polite. Aside for slowish Internet and loud street noises / music performances (lake side) the hotel is well located if you need to do things in the DMCC area.

There is no privacy for the guest
For the second time, my comment here has been deleted and there is no response, and this loses our confidence in your hotel Your hotel was a stable for us in Dubai, and after what happened, I added to delete the comment without a response. I did not apologize for saying that I did not want to repeat my visit.
