Great service from security team
Great service from Robindra from Security team as he is always attentive and helpful. Every time I am leaving or arriving, he is always smiling and helping guests. I really appreciate his excellent service and commitment to customer service and security.

Friendly, Helpful and good service
The overall service was really good and the staff is really welcoming. My experience got so much better with the assistance of May as she ensured I had everything I needed in my room & the hotel in general. The food is decent and the hotel facilities are good.

Excellent Hotel & Staff
The Movenpick Jumeirah Lakes Hotel (A) This is my first time at one of these hotels can’t fault it at all Staff are very very friendly always willing to help nothing is too big for them to make you’re stay a superb one Very clean smells amazing as soon as you walk through the door Rooms are very spacious & have all the amenities you require on a holiday We have Rakesh who cleans our room every day & goes far & beyond to make us feel welcome like we’re part of his family very polite, helpful & we had a lovely surprise on our bed of swans & hearts made out of towels which was beautiful This hotel is the best I have stayed in since I have visited Dubai Give it a try you won’t regret it

Best hotel experience in Dubai!
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The staff is incredibly kind, always happy to help and accommodates to your needs!! They offer travel guidance, exploring advice and shuttle buses from the hotel to the beach!! The beach is gorgeous! And as a woman I felt very safe and comfortable using the hotel shuttle bus! We felt so much love from the entire team&staff! The breakfast staff was my favourite in particular!! I'd like to give a shout out to Chef Ajay, Chef Purushu, Chef Arun, Chef Saraf, Venket, Eliyas and Fasil!!! You guys are absolute stars!!!!! I felt so spoilt and taken care of!! If you're contemplating whether to stay here or not, well I'd say look no further and book this hotel!!!!! You will not be disappointed! I promise!
