The reception are helpful and respectful The cleaners are doing an amazing job and tge are respectful bad things are that the taxi drivers use the horn not in a respectful way near the hotel and residents and there is no microwave and tge balcony doors don't close up completely

Best chill place to drink 🍺
Visited UBK and had a wonderful experience. The bar has a great atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and unwind at night. The bartender Clearance and our server, Ei, provided outstanding hospitality and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back for the New Year’s party.
