The housekeeper, Naim, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made a big difference. Really appreciated his excellent service!

Staff is very accommodating and are always looking for ways to make you the most comfortable. Breakfast options are divers and of high quality. The deluxe room is ethereal!! Super comfortable with a very nice view and an amazing bathtub (best part). Shoutout to Mirza, Prabin and Khine for their amazing hospitality.

It was great experience, the location was perfect, rooms are ok, not very much space, especially the waiter in the morning shift - Ryan, he was always smiling, giving positive energy, without any problem solving all the things that we asked for, another person was house keeper who’s name was Naga Rajan, making a nice little elephant out of towels, and very tidy. Another person was the person who gets the luggages Rai, he answered all my questions with a smile on his face, and those 4-5days you could only see his smile on his face. The only problem for us was going to public beach, if they would have their private beach I would give them 5. Also the ring bell in the rooms are too loud, we could hear nearly all the floor ring bells.

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place. The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛 Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood. A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨ They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly. One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛 It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨ I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛 From the location to the service to the warm hospitality every detail added something special to the experience. I definitely recommend it ⭐️ And I will for sure be coming back because the whole stay was simply unforgettable 😍🌟✨
