We had an amazing experience at the property - we went as a family during the new years. It ticked all the boxes. The location is wonderful , the rooms are well appointed but most of all the staff starting from Nitin Sharma who took great care of us at the restaurant to the General Manager Ms. Mona were all super helpful ensuring we had a memorable stay. We look forward to visit again!

Movenpick JBR is an excellent, family friendly hotel. My wife, son and I were there for Christmas and New Years. They had a lot of activities even for the children, such as creating Gingerbread houses. Their food at the restaurants The Talk and Soul were also excellent. We did not try the beer garden because we don't drink alcohol but the food sure looked nice if you're wanting to eat German themed food. We stayed in the Executive Suite which gave us access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge was a nice break for tea or pre-dinner appetizers, and the breakfast was decent. I also wanted to say the room was very nice and spacious, and was kept very clean. I wanted to make a special call out for Naim, our housekeeping attendant. He made us feel at home, and like we're the most important guests in the hotel despite having other guests to care for. Naim even did something special for our son's birthday, bringing him a few small gifts. Staff such as Naim make you feel special and at home. I've forgotten some of the other staff names, but the concierge and bellhop were so helpful. The service at this hotel is top notch, their customer service is amazing. Honestly this hotel's customer service and hospitality is better than 5 star, they deserve maybe 6! I also wanted to say that the entire experience at Movenpick JBR over the holidays was top notch. It was very festive, and we enjoyed the Christmas Eve and Day meals immensely. They would also bring us small treats during the day like confections or cakes, and they gave us a few christmas gifts like some excellent oatmeal soap and a high quality Movenpick mug. If I had to nitpick anything it would be the room service food consistency. You could tell the difference in the room service meals based on what time of day it was. I think they change chefs throughout the day and some of the chefs didn't prepare the meals as nicely as others. We would order fish and chips and it would be amazing some hours of the day, and other hours, even if acceptable, it wouldn't be as nice. I don't know the chef names or I would mention them but I think it was during the daytime the room service food tended to be better prepared and better seasoned.

I took my mom to Dubai for her birthaday and stayed at Movenpick. Lovely experience, great facilities and amazing staff. Naim was super helpful and pleasent.

What a great and nice hotel. The location is perfect and very close to the beach.The breakfast was very beautiful every day, I enjoyed my stay.Even the chocolate hour is nice.the dinner is delicious.i went to the bar in the lobby and I was welcomed with a calm beautiful smile from Ms Primrose and she provided professional service,I love the drinks and football.i will definitely recommend .

Had a great experience at Movenpick Jumeirah Beach with my wife. Staff was exceptionally helpful and the towel animals were a nice touch by our housekeeper Sohel. Location is great, with the beach in walking distance and plenty of restaurants around.
