Super clean and great location
Perfect location, great hospitality and friendly staff. Super clean rooms. We were at 19th floor served by Naim and it was a great experience with him. Thanks and we will come back soon. Pool is heated and service for beach towels for free are also great.

Excellent service from Rita in Executive Lounge
Fantastic service from staff. Rita in the Executive Lounge was outstanding, her attention to detail and customer service was exemplary. Such a lovely lady and so happy to please, she always went over and above with her customer service and nothing was ever too much trouble. She is warm, friendly, kind and helpful, a real credit to Movebpick Hotel. I would like to thank Rita so much for the wonderful service she gave, much appreciated.

Best hotel stay for our family
I came to Movenpick for my 40th with my husband and 2 kids . Honestly I was blown away by the staff. The hotel was very clean, rooms in excellent condition. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They could not do any more for you if you asked! They even made an effort for my birthday with a cake at breakfast and one in my room. The pool team were amazing. Just a lovely hotel, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. The whole staff at the hotel work so hard and always had a smile on their face. The food was lovely, we went during Ramadan and the Iftar/buffet in the evenings was amazing, lots of choice of good food and all fresh. The desserts on offer were so overwhelming! Overall a great stay for me and my family

Good stay
Friendly service, good location and adequate size rooms. Executive lounge excellent and warm service received from Rita, she’s definitely pro and cares people. Breakfast servings in the lounge plentiful of choices and delicious. We ’ll definitely come back and can recommend the place

Just perfect!
We had a really, really good time here. The location is very good we are so happy here. We really appreciated the service and all the friendly stuff. The lifeguard at the pool, everyone at the reception an of course our housekeeper Naim ♡. Our room was cleaned twice a day, he made a cute elephant out of our towels, he really made our stay perfect. We got a complementary birthday cake for my husbands birthday. Just perfect!
