Truly awesome!!!!
Our stay at the Movenpick was truly awesome we stayed 6 days with executive lounge access Joy and Rita went above and beyond!!! We enjoyed VIP breakfast, afternoon tea and evenings snacks Location is perfect for marina and the beach, rooms are clean and spacious, all the hotel staff and very friendly and accommodating Would 100% stay here again

Jihad is a nice guy, he is very polite. Helped me a lot. He kept the room clean and tidy and refilled my coffee (I love coffee).

Exceptional service
I’m so happy I picked this Hotel, it was a perfect location, I had an exceptional welcome from the staff & felt so comfortable there, the room was amazing with every facility one could wish for and more, the pool was so well organised with the most comfortable sun beds I’ve ever laid on, the Pool Guard, sorry I have forgotten his name but he would find you a comfortable spot and bed every day, well done :) a bonus if you wanted to go to the beach which was only a 5 minute walk he would provide you with a beach bag and towels, the Exec lounge is a must to visit with it’s beautiful views and amazing hospitality from Rita, I must also thank Naim from HK who left my room so spotless every day, and assisted me with the use of everything in the room, A Big Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable in your amazing hotel, I would definitely choose The Mövenpick Jumeirah beach again on any future visits to Dubai 💯

What a lovely Hotel
Movenpick JBR We arrived at the hotel around 10am and was greeted at reception by Isabella, who was lovely, she was able to check us in early and even offered a later check out time. What a great start to our holiday and it only got better after that. I would say this hotel is suited for older couples or even young families or people who don’t want a party atmosphere but a quieter more relaxing holiday. We had an executive room with access to the lounge, which is brilliant. Joy and Rita looked after us like we were Royalty. They are so professional at their work, and always greet you with a warm smile. We usually had breakfast in the lounge which provided enough for our needs. If you require a larger selection, the Talk Restaurant provides a more extensive choice. We had dinner every night in the Talk Restaurant which was excellent, a fantastic and varied choice of food every night. Our waiter Mina ( The King)looked after us most nights and is a credit to the Hotel. The Movenpick run a tight ship when it comes to sun loungers at the pool. Anef, (The Boss) doesn’t take any nonsense and takes you to a lounger and looks after your needs for the day. Even has a cupboard full of inflatables for the kids. It’s a template that works very well and should be rolled out across the World. Well done Anef. Also a shout out for Goma who always stopped to have a chat with us. I think she is typical of the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. We went in September and it was a little hot to walk around outside, but early morning and after 5 at night was not too bad. Get a Nol card at the tram station a 10 minute walk away and use the trams and Metro to get about. Very easy to understand and both have Air Conditioning. The Walk which is the Street the Hotel is on, has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants with a good Vibe in the Evening. Good Irish Pub McGettigan's nearby with Happy hour from 11 in the morning till 7 at night. Applies to the food as well. We loved everything about this hotel. When we come back to Dubai the Movenpick JBR will be our first choice. Thank you for a great holiday, which will leave us with fond memories.
