We recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai and were very impressed. The location is fantastic — just minutes from Dubai Mall and Dubai Lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, which came with all the amenities we needed and was very clean on arrival. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. Would be good if the shower was separate from the bath. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubai.

Madhun was really kind when greeting us and so was the hotel staff. The cafe was really nice and the food was amazing! The hotel rooms where clean and the beds were really comfy!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Sandra and Khin for their excellent service at The Library during breakfast. They were warm, attentive, and truly made our mornings enjoyable. The breakfast menu was also very delicious — a perfect way to start the day. Thank you to Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai for the wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to coming back! 🌟

Very nice star, nice room, clean and well equiped. Very well located, close to the Dubaï Mall. 2nd stay in the hotel, we were pleased to meet again the friendly and efficient staff from breakfast team (Sandra, Khin, chef Lahcem and chef Azizi) and from housekeeping (Ahmed, Savourez, Sandra and Mira)

Our Loxone Foundation Training here in the Hotel was great success - Service, Cleanliness, Food absolutely fine. The only reason to reduce 1 Star, because the hotel was not able to deliver us a WIRED Internet connection (we would have needed for our Loxone Miniservers). The service Team Khin, Sandra, Victoria, Dhiraj, Neinish …. and all the others did a great job - Thank you for taking such good care of me and our participants.
