I booked a room here with a Burj Khalifa view room. On arrival there was construction noise in the lobby and inquired about noise on check in. The girl helping me said it was just spa construction noise. Imagine my shock when I arrived to my room to find an *ENTIRE construction site for a new building* right outside my room! They DID NOT disclose this prior to my arrival. The manager said he thought an email was sent but it was certainly not or I would’ve canceled prior to arrival. They told me they work from 0700-2000. The construction site is right next to the pool and anyone booking a Burj view will be listening to construction noise. I’m talking big equipment like cranes. They should be required to disclose this. I canceled my room and went elsewhere. Terrible. This ordeal wasted two hours of my time and I had to scramble as a solo traveler to find another hotel.

My husband and I had an unforgettable honeymoon experience at the hotel. The cozy ambience, strategic location in Dubai downtown made our stay special. Their swimming pool offered breathtaking views and the hotel was less than a minutes walk to Dubai Mall which was very convenient. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were warmly welcomed and assisted to take our luggage by Morris. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room had great views we could see Burj Khalifa from our window! Special thanks to Brenda who always checked on us and ensured we had a great stay, she gave us excellent food recommendations and introduced us to the travel manager, making it easy for us to explore Dubai best attractions. Special thanks to Ahmed and Sachini for always making sure our room was clean and even surprised us with decorations on the first and last day of our stay. Special thanks to Ayaz our driver who was very welcoming, always punctual and took us to scenic places ensuring we got time to capture memorable photos. Special thanks to Sandra,Mitch and Irish who prepared delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and we can't wait to return.

I travelled to dubai for my honeymoon. Thanks to Brenda's good word, we were able to book a room with the Burj Khalifa view. Special thanks to Ahmed & Sachini for always ensuring we had a clean room decorated so well with flowers. Special thanks for the travel department and our driver Ayaz for always ensuring we explored UAE to the fullest within our stay. Special thanks to Brenda , Sandra, Mitch, Irish, Euro for ensuring we had proper and delicious meals deliveredin good time. I'd like to thank Nicholas for always checking in on us, and Morris for the commendable job enduring we felt safe and comfortable.

we had 1 night stay but we enjoyed it. i gave 3 stars because i think the crown name of Movenpick should provide royal services. i wish they get better in the future. in general we enjoyed our stay. the staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. this is recommended hotel

Spacious, clean flat with excellent facilities. Good value. Great location near Dubai mall in Downtown Dubai. The gentleman on the door was excellent and very friendly. Though to be fair, all the staff were. Pool was lovely. Would recommend.
