Horrible experience, movenpick bur dubai apartments are not a five star property, i recon they are not even 3 star. Although on website they have a picture of 5* hotel even if you booking for apartments but in reality its a different building all together, even for morning breakfast you have to walk across and enter hotel building. I was really ashamed after seeing the apartments which i had booked for my first time guests. Also when i confronted them that its not what you show online and i am willing to cancel my booking, they shifted me to hotel room, which are certainly lot better than apartment rooms, but at the time of leaving the hotel they charged me extra saying i have left stains on the carpet. Like seriously guys, stains on carpet? Has any1 heard a more casual excuse for unnecessary charging their guest. When i pushed back that when did u noticed this carpet stains, their manager replied a day back, why would you notice a damage in hotel property and not inform the staying guest untill he checks out. I am going to put a formal complaint to their management,

The hotel is neat and good. Nice location. Break fast is very nice. The rooms are bit small and congested. The staffs are very good and cooperative. The premise has nice bar and restaurant. The same building also has night club for chilling….

Movenpick international nights. Anamae Faraz Khin are all accommodating and food was amazing thank you for taking care of us we will recommend it to our friends and family. Wonderful night we look forward to come back again in movenpick chef live kitchen

Zin at the Garden Lounge is amazing. Always made sure we were welcome and went above and beyond in providing an amazing service. Despite so many places to go we kept coming back to garden lounge for her exceptional service

Most excellent service, security, and cleanliness. We have enjoyed our stay thanks to the knowledgeable and courteous kindness. So glad this hotel was chosen so that we could comfortably enjoy every minute of our visit to Dubai. The breakfast is most excellent with choices from all over the world.
