My experience at Grand Plaza Movenpick Media City was nothing short of amazing. From the time of checkin to checkout. We arrived earlier than checkin time and we were able to check in and go straight to our rooms. Ayesha at the front desk was amazing. She found out it was my bday celebration trip and arranged for a birthday surprise while I was out enjoying the city. She was always there to answer my question and always had a smile on her face, no matter what time of day it was. Ayesha made my experience at your hotel, all that much more special. The hotel overall was amazing, the room, the rooftop bar and all the staff. Cleanliness was top tier and staff nothing but great and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend to anyone…

The entire staff is outstanding! Shirley, Anna, Michael, Daniel, OJ, (and many more) at reception go above and beyond to cater to your needs. Youssef, Manika. Akshay, Mayul are just a few names from the restaurant staff I’d like to mention although EVERY single staff member is top notch at customer support providing the best experience for the customer

Dani for smooth check in process, @bytes restaurant Baidhya & Manila for the amazing hospitality service. Housekeeping who maintain the cleanliness of my room bravo super clean and equiped. Food at breakfast very good a lot of variety. Thank you so much and very recommended.

We stayed for a week to attend a business meeting. Good service on check in, rooms are spacious and well equipped, robes, slippers, iron, tea and coffee making facilities. No plastic in the rooms, glass water bottles which were refilled daily, bathroom extras in paper wrappings. We ate at the roof bar one evening, lovely views over Dubai, and welcoming atmosphere. We had tapas style food, all of it really tasty. For breakfast there was a wide range of choice and enjoyable. Really nice hotel, recommend for business or pleasure.
