I like this hotel because they remembered that l had been a guest before and showed that it was important that they provided me with excellent service, this is a great way to win repeat guests. Jimson and the concierge were two of the hotel staff members that showed this respect and provided me with a kind greeting every time I asked for help for example booking taxi travel for me and initial greeting with accompant to my guest room. Excellent friendly and responsive to any request. One of the cleaning staff members Ame really understood what l liked in cleaning my room each day, for example replacing any amenities l used throughout my business trip. Overall l am impressed with the hotel exactly as the first time I visited, same kind, polite and caring staff.
