Great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Media City. Special thanks to Mr. Sayed for his kind, professional, and welcoming attitude. The hotel offers excellent service, high cleanliness standards, and a very comfortable environment. I also appreciated the use of premium international hair and body care products like Aigner. Highly recommended.

Amazing room, amazing staff i forgot my bag at the front desk and i live all the way in sharjah they called me minutes after i left and informed me that i left my personal bag and didnt even realize it! Suzan’s way of reassuring me and planning for me to get my bag back asap was really professional and kind of her to do! Thank you grand plaza great hospitality

Modern top quality hotel with friendly staff and facilities including a gym, lounge, Italian and Japanese restaurant. Breakfast buffet was kept clean and wide selection with seating available pool side as well on the 4th floor. Everything modern and well decorated for the Christmas period. Spent New Years eve on floor 24 roof top bar good selection of food and drink, and loud party music. Location is brilliant, close to the marina and taxis available, close to everything, downtown maybe 10 minutes away with taxi. Rooms are modern and spacious, one recommendation is to improve the lightening, as this wasn't too great even with all lights on in the room. I was in room 1208. Additionally, water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower wasn't great, and not much control over water temperature either. If this could be seen to it would be great as my family enjoyed the stay here and we would definitely consider staying again. Overall an enjoyable and stay and highly recommended.
