The hotel is gorgeous. We had two rooms(like a family). Both were big and beautiful. We ate in 5th floor, where was tasty food and wasn’t crowded at all. Next time we will exactly go to this hotel. The view was amazing. Also, there are swimming pool and gym, but we didn’t have any time to go there. We will try next time
Glad we chose this hotel comfortable beds, spacious and well appointed rooms. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar is great for a drink with a view. We had the Iftar meal in the restaurant last night and it was delicious with a wide choice of food. Will definitely be back for our next stay in Dubai
Amazing vibes, food and staff. Everything is perfect and food variety was nice. High recommended for families and companies. Available valet parking. Sweet corner was amazing and kids sweets. special thanks to Ms. Stephenie for her warm welcome.
Ive stayed here for more than a year on and off, its my favourite hotel in all UAE, but why i like it is not bcz of the rooms or decoration, i never really write reviews but this one has been long due, Mike from the front office is purely the reason i keep coming to this hotel, the way he takes care of me is literally like i am at home, ican easily say that this hotel made 100s of thousand from me alone and the reason is mike, if theres a problem he just goes above and beyond to fix it, i dont know what to say else than that he makes it like a home for me, also OJ and islam and daniel from concierge....ah man what can i say about these guys, just top top top guys, dani from front office aswell just amazing aswell, over all i can say that I really come always here because they make me feel like im at home. And many others but iforgot the names.
Hotel is very nice and very well designed and luxurious. Restaurant is good quality, gym and spas are good and staff are super friendly. Location is not the greatest if you are trying to walk anywhere but reasonably central with Taxis. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
