Incredible Experience & Service

This was a "bleasure" trip mixing business with pleasure. The hotel was pristine, the service and hospitality warm & welcoming. Michael, Anna & OJ at the front desk & concierge were the epitome of professionalism. Friendly and accommodating going beyond to be sure our needs were met. I can't wait to return in 2026! You guys are the bomb!

Daniel and Anna and Islem and Housham and Hinson thank for help These guys were dealt with and they are an excellent team. Hotel is nice and the service is excellent as always I would like to thank ever . The room was clean and neat and the location is very quiet as well

Super Heroe Security Assistant

I had a bit of an unexpected situation at the hotel — my car got stuck on the basement divider just as I was heading to the TT Bar with my partner. It was frustrating, and honestly, quite embarrassing. A few people tried to help, but it was clear they were getting tired and a bit fed up. Then came David from Security — and he was something else. While everyone else was worn out, he kept going. Calm, reassuring, and incredibly persistent. He didn’t stop until my car was finally off the ramp. It felt like he took the problem personally, like he was genuinely there for me, not just doing a job. I can’t thank him enough. It’s rare to come across someone with that kind of heart and determination. Huge thanks to David.

Amazing & Luxurious stay!

This hotel is gorgeous, to the very last detail. We got upgraded to a Superior Suite and it was the most beautiful and breathtaking room I have been in my life. Room is unfair, that is an apartment :) Bed, shower, breakfast, amenities, all top notch. Located in Media City was great for my business trip, but also, you can get an Uber in less than a minute and you can go to the mall, Burj and all the great attractions in less than 20 mins, so location was great. Special thanks to the amazing staff Anas, Dannie, Michael, Daniel, Cid, and everyone else in general, they really care for customer experience and make you feel like home. Will be back for sure! Amazing experience. Thank you Team!

Beautiful business trip

It was a great visit , the accommodation was very good , I want to thank Mr.Michel and Mr.Daniel for their best welcome and help, the room is so clean , I spent around 1 week and all services were good , the restaurant is so good , and the team is so helpful
