I have previously been a guest at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City, in June 2024. I was happy to return this November, with high expectations. The hotel does indeed still offer an excellent service on most areas. The rooms are big and spacious. The decor is beautiful and it is a pleasure to spend time in the room. The storage space is beyond expectations. Thank you! Being able to unpack and have all your clothes in the cupboard, is very important when you stay for more than a week. Housekeeping is thorough and always done at our convenience. Very much appreciated. The food does not disappoint. So many delicious options for breakfast, served in nice settings. We used the restaurant “Bytes” and the Lounge. Every night the lounge presents a wide range of different dishes, there is something to please everyone. Both places, staff are always friendly, service minded and very professional. The pool area is a small, but nice area. I would not bring children, as the pool is rather small. Staff are efficient and attentive. Sometimes the hotel hosts events that are very noisy. Even though we stayed on the 12th floor, the noise could be very loud. Luckily we are not light sleepers. Unfortunately we had a rather disappointing experience this time. Our stay was 9 nights and on the 4th day I was a little bored. Other hotels we have stayed in, offer complimentary shuttle services to fx shopping malls or beaches. I went online and saw that Mövenpick Grand Plaza also offers this service. Unfortunately the information on the website was incorrect. Shuttle service is not offered. The hotel has now taken action to remove the incorrect information. I would actually recommend that the hotel, due to the rather remote location, should offer a shuttle service to Dubai Mall. On a positive note, I have to remember to mention the Mövenpick chocolate hour. Every afternoon a complementary selection of tasty chocolate treats are available in the hotel foyer. We look forward to returning to Grand Plaza Mövenpick in December.

The Superior Room felt very luxurious, starting with the spacious bed, with the fluffiest pillows. The bathroom was quite luxurious and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast at the VIP Lounge was scrumptious. I enjoyed the Chocolate Hour. My hubby and I enjoyed the VIP Lounge from 6 to 8 PM. The drinks and the foods were very good. The service was superb. Special thanks to Cid, the hotel's Chief Concierge, who went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Recently visited level 23 bar and had great experience with having stunning palm view and refreshing cocktails. Shout out special seesar and bobo for great service and choosing for munch n cocktails 🍸. Definitely visit again. Beautiful ambience and yummy food and enthusiastic team members. Definitely worth for money.

Michael has been an amazing customer service and amazing an helpful person. Guided me in my first time in the hotel and helped me with directions with a SMILE, remember that, A SMILE… I work as a senior customer service some where and his customer service is amazing, he deserves recognition and attention, God bless him & every one thank you 🙏🏽
