Mr. Sha was extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout the night. He handled requests quickly, always with a positive attitude and a genuine smile. His customer service skills are outstanding and made me feel valued and well taken care of. Thank you to the Mövenpick Al Mamzar team, especially Mr. Sha, for the excellent hospitality.
