Very dirty room. The breakfast is poor and not organized. They did not replace the food. Only the rooms are are ok, but very noisy with pigeons. It is quite far from the metro station. The brand movenpick is misleading the guests. The staff is very slow under your demands. Definitely never return

The hotel is certainly very far from the 5-star category by Dubai standards. It is old, with a slightly musty smell in the rooms, washed-out bed linen, noisy air conditioning, a queue for breakfast. BUT. I paid 130 dirhams per night. For this money, the hotel is wonderful). There is a bed, shower, pool. Everything is not new, but in decent condition. Therefore, if you evaluate the hotel from the point of view of a high standard of quality - it is low level. If from the point of view of value for money - then an excellent choice.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My first room had bugs, and the second wasn’t any better—dirty bins and a clogged drain full of hair. Basic cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. When I asked for toiletries, I waited two hours just to be told they were out of stock. I didn’t even feel safe eating the food due to the overall lack of hygiene. The hotel ignored my complaints, forcing me to go through the booking site for weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution. Despite everything, they refused to compensate me, even though this stay was beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t wish a stay here on my worst enemy. This place is nowhere near 5-star quality—avoid it at all costs.

I stay here over one month in my experience,I really recommend for this hotel 10/10 because of the welcoming staff and good foods .I am not getting boring of to try food cause all the food they made very delicious.i really enjoyed that.also the staff Thida I really want to say thank you for your good services and give me feel comfortable and feel luxuries.
