Many thanks to Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers for the warm hospitality. We stayed with family almost One week — the location is excellent, the breakfasts were delicious, but the most pleasant part was the friendly staff. They were always ready to help for any question. We would especially like to mention Zipporah at the reception — many many thanks for your helpful and usefull recommendations regarding to great places and for the advice that really helped us find our way around and enjoy an unforgettable warm days in Dubai.

Had an amazing experience at UBK Kitchen, JLT! The food, ambience, and overall vibe were fantastic. A special thanks to Umbu, Zipora, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make our day wonderful and memorable. The service is excellent, the hotel is very well maintained, and the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and spotless. The location is perfect, right next to the DMCC metro station, which made getting around Dubai very easy. A special thank you to Mohammad, the manager, and Pravender at the reception. They took such amazing care of us and really made my stay feel effortless and special. Their kindness and attention meant a lot. My daughter came to spend the weekend with me for her birthday, and the team went out of their way to make it memorable. Those thoughtful gestures made the experience even more meaningful for us. The breakfast is outstanding, honestly the best breakfast I have had anywhere, and I travel a lot for work. The quality, variety, and freshness were exceptional. The pool was perfect with great water temperature, and the gym is very well equipped. This hotel will absolutely be my home whenever I travel to Dubai. I am truly grateful for such a beautiful experience. The concierge was also incredibly kind, and every single employee we encountered was generous, caring, and welcoming. I loved the hotel. It's perfect for those who enjoy leisurely strolls to the sea (20-25 minutes through interesting sights). The breakfasts are a treat, with something new and delicious every day. The staff is very attentive and responsive. I recommend it for a vacation where atmosphere and care are key.
