we had 1 night stay but we enjoyed it. i gave 3 stars because i think the crown name of Movenpick should provide royal services. i wish they get better in the future. in general we enjoyed our stay. the staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. this is recommended hotel

Spacious, clean flat with excellent facilities. Good value. Great location near Dubai mall in Downtown Dubai. The gentleman on the door was excellent and very friendly. Though to be fair, all the staff were. Pool was lovely. Would recommend.

1)Perfect location right beside Dubai Mall, pass through Chinatown portion of the mall 2) Clean and spacious 3) Perfect for families 4)Concierge Morris was very helpful and friendly 5)We booked our tours and airport transfers via a tour agency with a desk in the reception which is very reliable. 6)Accommodated our request for an early check in (for a fee) but late check out was free. 7)Housekeeping was clean. Washed our dirty dishes except for 1 day when the dishwasher was broken. Fixed right after we reported it. 8)Safe to walk outside even at night from Dubai Mall. Just cross the street which was not a busy street. Exposed only for a short time to the heat while crossing. 9)Nearby supermarket

There is a restaurant called grazers inside the hotel . The gentleman by the name of Vinay who served me he is a true hospitality guy , he mannerism , his forthcoming attitude and his skills are amazing . I requested for a meal but it was not in the menu , he made a special dish for me on his own consulted with chef and this meal was amazing . This guy is a gem and knows what hospitality really means .. thank you Vinay for making my day wonderful god bless you . Also not to forget all other staff are all smiling and so kind at this restaurant. They make me feel like home . I am a regular customer there but today reply made me and my tummy smile hahaha

I stayed here for 1 month for business. I was in a 1 bed apartment which was perfect for a single person or a couple. The housekeeping team were fantastic, really professional and thorough. The staff at breakfast were also fantastic and always welcomed me with a smile and friendly service. Especially Khin, Sandra and Mitch. Great location within 2 min walk to Dubai Mall and local shops providing essentials.
