I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to all the staff at Movenpick Downtown Dubai during our stay. It was absolutely phenomenal service. Maduri and UBK from security, Sandra, Khin and Salin and the Chef for a wonderful service. Chaloma and Sheram for looking our rooms and Morris who went above and beyond in facilitating our transportation.

We stayed at Movenpick with my family for a holiday. From Day 1, all the staff has been friendly and accommodating to us. Morris from the concierge/front desk has been really helpful from taking our luggages, organising our rides, as well as, organising our city trips. UBK from security was also instructive in giving us directions. Sandra from the breakfast team at The Library was very hospitable and always tried her best to look after the needs of my big family. She always made way to make us comfortable and our food and dietary needs were addressed. Khin from the breakfast team as well was equally accommodating to us. Challoma and Shiram, the housekeeping team, did great job in always maintaining our chaotic room tidy. It was great having to get back to a clean and tidy room after a long day with the little kids. Overall experience at Movenpick Downtown was impeccable, outstanding. Great location, great value for money and great hotel for families.

Ahmed & Mira have done a good works on my room. They have show friendly and polite character. Well done. They are fast in cleaning up the rooms.

Great hotel, in the heart of Dubai, very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa! Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Very good breakfast. Enjoyed the entire stay

We recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai and were very impressed. The location is fantastic — just minutes from Dubai Mall and Dubai Lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, which came with all the amenities we needed and was very clean on arrival. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. Would be good if the shower was separate from the bath. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubai.
