Very good
Very good place and very friendly and helpfull staf. Good food, wonderfull waterpark. Allinclusive perfect, fast service, plenty of very good food. Close to beach, huge hotel area, plenty of sunbeds. I recommend this płace!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good hotel with excellent service . Thanks to Ahmed for room’s service , to Omar and team of swimming pool for their help, to Amir in the Restaurant and to Chef for tasty food and, of course, to animation team for a lot of fun! And please please start renovation. Very tired hotel((

Best animation team .
The best animation ever. The place and hotel is good, but the mail is people and attitude. Only people make the place and our one week holiday is so beautiful as it is. Warm, sunny, friendly, smile and welcoming. If you come with children teenagers and your children are communicative - this hotel is perfect for your stay. The hotel is not important ( there are a lot of good hotels in Egypt) , the main is people and their attitude , everyone who are working and trying to make your stay to make comfortable. Thank you everyone! Thank you animation team of Movenpeak. We appreciate every day with you . ❤️

Enjoyed everything, thankful for the room upgrade, especial thanks to the reception employee Muhannad, he's the reason for our happy experience and he's a very proactive, empathic, and welcoming person. No words to thank him! The beach, the pool, the rooms, and the aqua are superb. What i didn't like: food quality, taste and variety should be improved. Unfortunately we found flies in the restaurant and reported to the restaurant staff. Restaurantsm staff are not the most professional ones I've seen. Pool next to the Aqua Park is not clean. The big shower in the room needed maintenance. Maintenance guy came but it wasn't fixed properly after he left. We found dirty sheets in our bed. Housekeeping has thankfully changed it with a clean one, nothing that firstly they changed it with one that has a bad smell (as if it wasn't dried well) In the Aqua park: in the highest slide the blue one, i hurt my leg with the water pipes while i was sliding. Good hotel , with nice rooms , good food and helpful staff, espetially Ayman. Nice beach and waterpark. Rooms are cleaned every day, and food is different.
