That’s wonderful to stay! It’s always great when hotel staff, especially lifeguards Mr.Mahmoud Mohamed , go above and beyond to ensure guests feel safe and well cared for. A friendly and attentive attitude can make all the difference in creating a positive experience.

shisha spot
the shisha spot is the best i’ve ever been in, the owner is really nice and he’s very nice and friendly guy. everyday he sits with us and talks, he’s very sweet. we really like to talk with him. the shisha is really good and they have really good tee and drinks

Aqua movenpick Red Sea
A very special thanks to Mahmoud Mohamed on the Aqua park The french speaker he is super helpful kind and carful and his smile makes us happier and will back again to see this cute again as we promised, highly recommended hotel to visit in Red Sea .

Staff very very un-friendly and not helpful
I had travelled the world and I didn’t see a hotel I have to beg the room service to clean the room or bring me water. It’s not baby friendly at all, I have to beg to let someone heat my baby’s food “as there’s no microwave area like other hotels”, they don’t care about babies and refused to give me a banana snack for my baby before the lunch time that was 01 pm and I was asking for it at 12:30 “I even offered to pay for it”. The only friendly decent one from the staff is Mardy the waiter who serve us in the restaurant.

Relaxing stay
The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room daily, with fresh linens and amenities replenished regularly. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and helpful. The spa was a highlight of my stay! The ambiance was relaxing and luxurious, and the massage was expertly done . The facilities were clean, and the staff ensured a serene experience. I highly recommend Movenpick Water fall for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. The excellent service, clean rooms, and outstanding spa made my visit truly memorable. I would gladly return.
