1. Staff So friendly, always greeting you with a smile, very attentive and service-oriented. Make you feel welcome. My daughter has a sesame allergy, so they warned us when there are many dishes at the buffet containing sesame. We especially enjoyed our interaction with Abbas, my daughter became a "big fan" of him too. The cleaning man gave often dried dates for the kids. 2. Room Clean and nice interior design. A/C is easy to use. I only had once a small bug in our room. They provide for two ppl 1 big + 2 smaller water bottled (made of glass). Th beds are very comfy. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion are from Natural Remedies. Great smell and good quality, would like to order for my private use. 3. Beach So beautiful. Lots of hermit crabs, so cute. Snorkling in the early morning hours is the best! Even my 4 year old daughtee joined us twice (using a face mask). Very clean, I only found 3 times plastic washed ashore. The sunbeds are not too close to another, so you have enough space and "privacy". 4. Food The buffet is delicious and offers variety. I think because of kids they have always pasta available for dinner as a save choice. Best falafel we had so far. They have soy and almond milk too in case onr doesn't drink milk. The Italian restaurant is fantastic. The pasta my daughter had was super delicious. The risotto was fine. The salads very very delicious. 5. Pool Good size, I could swim lengths. Bottom line: Definitely not the last time. We are already looking forward to visit next year.

My son (23) and I have just returned from an absolutely amazing week of diving and relaxation at the Movenpick El Quseir. We would definitely return. The setting next to the beautiful blue waters of the Red Sea was stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and service was very professional (not overbearing). We really enjoyed the adults only pool and were looked after extremely well with personal service from Shazly the pool attendant, and by Mohamed who was running the bar. We originally booked a Superior Twin Sea View room, but found that it was in need of refurbishment. On request we were able to upgrade to one of the Premium rooms which has recently been modernised (we found out this is an ongoing programme in the resort). This was a significant improvement, and added greatly to our enjoyment of the holiday. Many thanks to Julia in the guest relations team for handling the change at short notice and zero fuss. We did our Open Water Divers course at the Extra Divers centre in the resort and I could not speak highly enough of the very professional and friendly set up and service we received. Special thanks to Hany our instructor on the course. We felt very safe and comfortable under his care, and he was able to impart a large amount of instruction to us in a very clear and easy to understand way. The underwater world on the house reef is simply amazing. We even took a speedboat trip to dive with turtles and dolphins. It was wonderful!

Home sweet home The first thing that welcomes you upon arrival is that warm smell of peace. If you are looking for a rehab of regenerating your inner peace this is the place to go. Wonderful location, facilities and staff. The beach os one of the best on the coast.

We stay from 06/06 till 17/06. Leaving tomorrow. They arrange your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. It’s so great coming here! Relaxing, enjoying every minute of it! Diving, snorkeling, swimming, soa center, fitness whatever you like they organize it for you! The food is excellent and the room was brandneu! Everything was Up to date! For the first time, I went to Egypt without any emotions. I knew where I was going and I knew what I would find. However my expectations were exceeded. A newly renovated room, definitely the nicest room I've stayed in in Egypt and one of the nicest, all over. If you choose a premium room, to make a joke, the only thing missing is the sunscreen lotion, otherwise I don't know what else you could want. You get bathrobe, all amenities including loofah, mini bar, coffee machine, slippers, even beach bag. The bed is extremely comfortable. Big, thick, immaculate towels. Balcony/porch elegantly furnished (including sunbed) and you also have an outlet there. On top of all this and the extremely friendly and prompt staff, nature helps. It is the only place I've found in Egypt where you can walk into the water from the beach, smoothly, on the sand and end up next to the reef. The pontoon is gorgeous but you don't even need it if you don't scuba dive. ps1: The best breakfast. Besides the egg station, pastries area, bread area, salads, cheeses, cooked meal, pancakes, yoghurt, cereals, and so on, you will find fresh orange, carrot, guava, mango or cantaloupe juices. 4 different varieties every day. ps2: The beach is so arranged that you feel comfortable and have privacy (not that endless string of sunbeds).
