Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai

We are delighted with this hotel! There were three of us and we stayed in one room for 6 nights. It was my mother and brother's first trip and I am glad that we chose this hotel. I would like to point out right away that my brother is disabled and everyone at the hotel treated him with respect and kindness, for which I would like to say a special thank you. As for the hotel itself. The appearance and design of the hotel is simply excellent. Everywhere is clean, beautiful and fresh. The room is spacious, there is a kettle and an iron, cleaning every day was excellent. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly throughout the hotel. I would like to especially mention the workers at the entrance, especially Javed, and the girls at the reception and the waitress in the main restaurant. I apologize for not remembering their names, but I am still grateful to them for their work. As for the food - it was wonderful! The dinners were simply delicious. There was not much food, but it was really varied and interesting. There was beef, and fish (including fresh), and vegetables. Every day there were krubnik, artmelon and other tropical fruits. The breakfast was monotonous, but it was gorgeous. You could additionally order pancakes, waffles and drinks, like cappuccino (it was just great). A special surprise was the lunch on Saturday: I have never seen anything like this, it was a shock. Fresh sushi, ice cream, seafood... wow, this is really cool. The hotel has a shuttle to Kite Beach and to Dubai Mall. There are several routes per day. You could also take beach towels for free. The pool was also very pleasing. Excellent soft sun loungers, huge towels. In the morning the water is cool, in the evening almost hot - it's cool! Overall, we are very happy with this hotel! Thank you for such a great experience!

Fantastic service at Somerset bar by Sevara and great choices for gluten sensitive people. I really enjoyed my entertainment with friends at Somerset. They have good selection of wine and any beer you may think of. The atmosphere is causy. Music in the background is pleasant and tv screen all over to watch your favorite sport game.

Went with a big group, Jaweed gives us a nice option that can accommodate us he recommended the garden lounge it was amazing the ambiance was great. Thanks also to Zin and Sohil they were welcoming, the service was amazing. The food is superb.
