Chang amazing! Pool and Gym on site 5 star
Amazing stay, hotel is very clean and efficient. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Pool and gym on site was such a bonus. Special mention to the staff member Chang who went above and beyond for us. I can’t wait to return next year for Xmas!

Nice property, average service. Felt discriminated due to my ethnicity.
Nice property, average service. We are currently at the hotel, one couple and a 6 year old. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Its location is also good and central. However the hotel seems overbooked and overcrowded. Our check in took very long and we were extremely tired after a long flight. Breakfast this morning was very poor with limited options for vegans and vegetarians. The staff was too busy and didn’t provide proper service, dirty tables, no cutlery cups etc. The breakfast is till 10.30am but at 9.30am they seemed to be more interested in winding up. I ordered a dosa which was bought to my table without chutney, when I asked for the chutney the server very rudely told me to go back and get it myself. When I said the dosa would get cold she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. A little politeness and kindness wouldn’t hurt here. At this point I felt that I am being treated differently because of my ethnicity!
