Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok

Slightly disappointed with our stay here, we asked to be moved to a bigger room, and agreed with the staff that we would leave our bags packed in our old room at 08:00 and return to the hotel at 15:00 to our new room. Arrived at 15:00 and our new room was not ready. So we had to partially unpack get changed as we were going straight out and repack. Very annoying. Some of the staff didn't really speak English that well, one of them just nodded at everything we were saying, but not understanding a word. The Bar on the roof was utterly atmosphere less, and had some really annoying flashing lights. The hotel must have a good deal on fake grass as it was everywhere, squelching horribly underfoot.

I stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok from 25–30 November 2025 and left impressed by the team’s warmth, professionalism, and service recovery. As an Accor ALL Gold member, I value clear communication and consistency. While there was a minor hiccup at the start (key card and upgrade communication), management addressed it swiftly and graciously. Duty Manager Sarawanee (Sara) and Ms. Nathakan Chaichart deserve special recognition—their timely follow-up, clear explanations, and thoughtful gestures made all the difference. I also appreciated the Executive Lounge access they extended (great breakfast, evening canapés, and all-day refreshments), and the hotel’s arrangement of a complimentary limousine to Don Mueang Airport on my departure—professional and punctual. Beyond the service recovery, the stay itself was excellent: * Location: Tucked on Sukhumvit Soi 15, it’s quiet yet close to everything. The hotel runs an EV tuk tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 and back every 30 minutes from 10:00–20:00 daily, which makes getting around very convenient (and I love the eco-friendly touch). * Room & Housekeeping: My room was spotless throughout the stay. Housekeeping was proactive and accommodating—every time they saw me or after cleaning, they checked if I needed anything else. That attentiveness really stood out. * Brand Experience: This felt very Mövenpick—warm, attentive, and guest-centric. Coupled with the Accor standards, it delivered the reliable, comfortable city stay I was hoping for. If you’re gym enthusiast, the gym is spacious with equipments. My only comment is the treadmills and dumbbell need maintenance. The touch screen treadmill is unstable. Probably can only walking, not for running. In short, the team turned an early stumble into a strong reminder of why I choose Mövenpick and Accor properties. Thank you, Sara, Ms. Nathakan, and the Executive Lounge team for the genuine care. I’m happy to recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Excellent Hotel. Superb service, specially by Chang. Location is great, rooms are modern and clean and they serve the best coffee in town!

My family and I stayed at this property for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is one of its strongest advantages, offering easy access to some of the city’s most popular spots such as Central World, Siam Shopping Centre, nearby street markets, and many other attractions. It’s definitely convenient for anyone looking to explore the city. Room cleanliness could be improved a little more, but the amenities provided were adequate for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the comfort of our visit. The breakfast selection, while satisfactory, could also benefit from a bit more variety and improvement to enhance the overall experience. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, our stay was enjoyable, and this city hotel served as a good base for our time in the area.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly, had a good variety at breakfast and the rooms were nice and clean. The gentlemen at the desks were very helpful and assisted us with trips. Unfortunately I cannot remember all their names but can recall Chang.
