Great Hotel
The location is a bit off busy Sukhumvit Road, but the Hotel is providing regular TukTuk-service to Terminal 21 and back. The rooftop pool and bar are really nice! They could add a few sunshades in front of the bar for more convenience. Rooms and beds are great. And now the best part: staff is really friendly and helpful! Especially Apple at the reception had an answer to all questions and even after many questions still helpful and smiling! Thank you!

UNDERWHELMED
The hotel was in a great location near main streets and many shops and malls. It was a nice hotel but found our room a bit dated and the furniture 'Black Ash type' so in my mind not 5 star. Our room was classed as a 'Superior room'? Definately not . Check in desk staff booked us in but explained nothing about the hotel to us. The front door staff were excellent , really helpful group of guys. Breakfast was great. Pool area very nice.

Best stay in Bangkok
First time staying here and had an amazing time, the staff were all so polite and welcoming especially Chang. Here's helped us navigate around the city and gave us suggestions for places to visit. The hotel beds were soo comfortable we had the best sleep... will definitely come again

Chang took great care of me! The hotel was amazing and I would recommend to anyone visiting BKK. The amenities were very good and the breakfast was amazing. The pool is a great vibe and all the staff was very attentive and welcoming. I recommend this place for anyone.
