A nice located hotel in the heart of Bangkok , great staff and service The hotel provide free transport to terminal 21 mall , they also have free one hour chocolate buffet , good for kids and adults, from 16:00 till 17:00 daily . The rooms are nice as well .
Chang and wiz are so lovely! Thank you for making our time at movenpick amazing, Great rooftop pool and bar open til 12. Great location quiet but close enough to everything or if not just a tuk tuk ride away! We’ll definitely visit again one day.
The hotel was excellent and quiet and would stay again. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was good too but did not take much advantage of it. The distance back and forth to metro was a bit tedus but OK too. Concierge Mr. CHANG was very helpful in orfanizing one of our days!

The property is average at best, and there are far better options available in the area. We were eager to try the Movenpick brand but regretted our choice. The design consists of three different buildings that are distant from each other, and after walking through the reception area, the back areas leave much to be desired. **Location: The hotel is situated in the far corner of a SOI, away from everything, making it necessary to rely on taxis or the Tuk Tuk service offered by the hotel. **Room: The room is substandard, featuring dated and dirty interiors. The furniture looks like it’s from the ’80s, and the beige decor is stained, including the lampshades, which gives off an unpleasant, neglected vibe. The internet connection was laggy, and there was no smart TV. **Breakfast: The breakfast experience is unorganized and chaotic. There are very limited options, which feel like leftovers. When we asked the staff for assistance, they often assigned us tasks instead, such as asking us to return to our table to relay our table number. I was shocked to see that everything appeared to have been sitting out for hours. There were minimal choices, with no replenishments, even for small items like milk for tea or coffee. **General Manager: While planning our trip, I read several reviews and was impressed that the General Manager responded to each one. As an Accor member, I emailed him twice to request attention regarding our reservation, but we never received a response from him or any team members. It seems the team only responds to public forum inquiries to enhance their reputation rather than focusing on improving the guest experience.
