Chang is the best concierge. Helped us with all our bags and the cabs. Lovely stay in the hotel! The pillows and the beds are very comfortable, the toilets are clean and the staff is very considerate. 10/10 definitely would stay here again when I come back!
Smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, poor sound insulation, worn-out furniture, smaller than advertised, no king-size bed as booked. Bathroom poorly equipped, no movable soap, only one bath mat. Elevator made strange noises and felt unsafe. In my opinion, this Mövenpick does not deserve four stars. I won’t book it again.
My stay at the hotel was super good, staff is very friendly and especially Mr. Chang and Mr. Coco at the lobby, I left to Japan for 9 days and I could store the luggage during my absence. The cleaning was very good and the room was kept in good condition. I come back again soon! Kim
Excellent check in, the staff there were very friendly and knew their job very well. The entire team, concierge, restaurant and the housekeeping were also very good and happy to help at all times. Great Indian food at the restaurant, full credit to the chef who I was told was also from India. Would be back soon.
The stay in Movenpick hotel was perfect, the service was excellent and everyone were so charming. I want to mention Wiz that helped us to our rooms and saw us out specifically - he was lovely. Thank you for making our Bangkok experience a great one!
