The service was excellent .. special mention to Mr Chang at the concierge and Mr koko the bell man were very helpful and courteous during our entire stay.. Even when leaving they made it a point to have a very smooth departure form the hotel... These are the gems of your hotel ...
I recently stayed at the Movenpick Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok and, unfortunately, found the experience well below the standard expected of a 5-star hotel — particularly one under the Accor group. I even got the junior suite as I wanted a bigger room First and foremost, the bathroom was a major letdown. There was a consistent water leak, which not only made the floor slippery and unsafe but also left the area feeling unclean and poorly maintained. The shower height was also baffling — fixed at just around 5’9”, which meant I was hitting my head every time I stepped in, and I’m only 5’9” tall. This kind of design flaw is not something you’d expect from a premium hotel. The bathroom sink was another issue altogether — constantly getting stuck and poorly positioned in a cramped space. It felt more like a budget setup than anything remotely luxurious. While the general decor and lobby give off a nice impression, the details in-room told a very different story. This property may once have been a strong contender in the hospitality space, but it’s in clear need of an update and proper quality control. Building three of the hotel was smelly and rundown and smell like a two star hotel I’ve called the staff many times and tried to change the room and was never given an option. I was only given an option to downsize. I am a fold member of this Accor group and I should’ve had a little bit more options I would strongly recommend that the Accor group revisits this property and reassesses whether it truly aligns with their 5-star branding. At present, it feels more like a 3-star experience hiding behind a luxury label.

This is a lovely hotel. Great location - just a stones throw from the Terminal 21 mall. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the room was just what we needed, nice and clean and smart. The food in the restaurant was well priced and tasty too and the service was fab. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. It’s a shame there’s no spa, but the concierge team were super helpful and signposted us to one they recommended nearby (Healthlands). They also helped us via maps and taxis to navigate the city to see the attractions we wanted to visit. Would highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time at the Club Lounge during our stay. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The food and drinks were consistently fresh and delicious, with a nice variety throughout the day. What made the experience truly special was the outstanding service from the staff — especially Filljer and Got. They were both incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of.
