Mövenpick Phuket Bangtao

Great stay at this location. The suite we rented was clean, spacious, and very relaxing. It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space but also allowed us to share meals and spend time together comfortably. The true gem to this hotel however was the staff. From our check in to our check out the staff was spectacular. The font desk and concierge staff were extremely helpful. The pool bartender Orly was number 1. One of the most friendly welcoming individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made some great drink and kept the classics nice and stiff. Thanks for the Rum and Cokes Orly, hope to see you again my friend! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful villa, kind and helpful staff, great location. Highly recommend this hotel. We booked late and were met by the lovely Khun Mick, who gave a great check in experience. We had a drink by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. The pool bar staff were engaging and very attentive.

Every aspect of the resort was excellent. The staff were so friendly.polite and helpful. Food was great.reception staff very experienced and friendly. Amenities clean and well maintained. No hesitation in recommending this resort to my family and friends

I have had the unbelievable luck to visit this place twice. The things that stand out about this resort are numerous! The rooms are the perfect place to relax - they are spacious and luxurious, with private jacuzzis and pools in many of them, and great views of the main pool, the lake, or beach and sunsets. Beach access is easy and it is beautiful beach with plenty going on. The food is not just great, but reliably amazing, whether traditional Thai food or anything else offered. The staff are my favorite thing about staying here - all staff are polite and friendly, and extra attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. They are so great with kids as well - special thanks to Cath, Mick, Sherlyn, Month, Pond for looking after the many children so beautifully. Thanks also to Orly who makes conversation as brilliantly as he makes drinks. Well done to Michael and his team, it was so good to see you all again!

Just got back from a relaxing stay, and I have to say, the location was perfect very peaceful and tucked away in the Laguna. The Thai food was consistently delicious; every meal was a treat. And I have to mention the chocolate fondant was out of this world! The spa treatments were also amazing and left me feeling completely recharged. It was exactly what I needed. Would definitely come back and a big thank you to Mick helping us with all our requests.
