Lovely staff everywhere from reception to ms. Hawa who made the most delicioys waffles and pacackes. Beach front hotel, quite place, nice pool, delicious breakfast, very nice and spacious room. All in all great experience for a quick scape from the hustle and bustle.

Amazing location on the Laguna and the beach is just 1 min walk. 3 bed residence are very spacious and have all the amenities needed and house keeping was spot on 👌 Mövenpick is often celebrated for its tranquil atmosphere, which provides a perfect setting for relaxation and without the chaos some associate with vacation hotspots. The resort's prime location offers easy access to local attractions alongside serene views that many travelers find appealing. Service quality for the resort's cleanliness from the well-kept rooms to the pristine beach The resort's amenities, including its large pool with a fantastic swim up bar and themed buffet nights, are often highlighted as highlights of the guest experiences All the staff are amazing can’t mention all but Mary, Orlando & Abby went above and beyond to make our long stay of 17 days so pleasurable Will be definitely looking to go back to this hotel in 2025 as Bang Tao ticks a lot of boxes for us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough 10/10

The best service. The best place. Orlando(ORLY) is the kindness and great manager of the main restaurant. All staffs is also very kind, professional and super polite. Hope to come back soon. We enjoyed the sea, the pools and all the activities.

The room is nice as we stayed in 2 bedroom Seaview pool villa for 4 nights, private pool is big enough for us to enjoy the time in the room. The staff is very helpful and polite which made our stay very comfortable, the hotel also can help to arrange the activities like Elephant Care, PP Island, etc. Breakfast choices are limited but good enough for an easy one. And the beach is just 1 min away. It is also close the Porto De Phuket which has some nice restaurants and Tops supermarket. In general, we enjoyed a lot with this resort!

Great experience in villa with the lake view. Recommend to everyone one from single to couples with children. Amazing food, hotel’s restaurant works the full day with really wide choice of European and Asian food. 2 minutes to the seaside with very long beach line. Real 5 stars vacations
