Beds are so comfortable and the room is perfect there’s cleaning services everyday any time . We had such a good time in this hotel and we never had a chance to go to the swimming pool because of the weather unfortunately
We thought the service was great. Lovely people and nice and clean. Food in restaurant great and kids appreciate chocolate hour. Overall great stay and we plan to come back one day soon. Thank you again.
I really liked this hotel. The room and bathroom were super clean. The location is great, and the service was excellent. However, I did encounter a small issue with the evening receptionist, Mr. Ou. When I requested a late checkout, he informed me that he could only extend it by one hour until 1:00 pm. This was the only aspect of my stay that disappointed me. Mr. Ou's response, "It's up to you," felt a bit odd and lacking in the usual hospitality I experienced elsewhere in the hotel. Despite that, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Bangkok. It was a great experience overall.
Best hotel in Bangkok! The staff, esp. Boy is great, kind and friendly. Hope to see you soon! It has the best location, comfi beds and is very clean. Got an upgrade and want to say thanks for that. AAA Experience
Great hotel , we had a great time with the family, great breakfast range and also kids loves the chocolate hour . Friendly and helpful staffs. A big Thank you to Tum for all the help during our stay.
