Great hotel and great location. Also a shoutout to Chang who helped us out on our last day looking after our bags.

great hotel in a good location in central bangkok. hotel was really good and all staff were brilliant. Chang was a great help on our last day as whilst we were waiting to go to the airport after checking out on the morning.

One week at this Mövenpick Hotel. Location is good, within walking distance to the MRT/BTS stations. But there is also tuktuk service to the Terminal21 shopping center near the stations. Service was friendly all over the hotel. Our reservation was Deluxe but because of ALL membership we were upgraded to Executive Room. Very basic and smallish room, there wasn´t even an armchair or a separate table. But it was quiet, as we asked. A/C and wifi work well. Also the bathroom was ok. But you can see that some renovations could be in order. Very modest gym. There is a lot of empty space in the pool area but the pool itself is a good size. Very little sun beds in shadow. We had lunch and dinner at the main restaurant, food was tasty. There was breakfast and evening canapés at the Executive Lounge. Breakfast had little variety every day but we didn´t go to the main restaurant for breakfast. Service at the lounge was friendly but we noticed small shortcomings in the service e.g. no napkins at the breakfast and never when coffee was served.

I visited the coffee shop at Mövenpick with my friends, and we had a very pleasant experience. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The cleanliness of the coffee shop was excellent. The area was well organized, clean, and inviting, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great place to relax, enjoy good service, and spend quality time with friends. We truly appreciated the high standard of service and cleanliness and would be happy

Location was great, tuk tuk service to terminal21 was convenient. Breakfast was good. We are going to stay again soon. Concierge Mr.Chang has been incredibly helpful and kind and arranged all of my and my family’s transportation within different cities.
