1. ได้ห้องพักช้ามาก พักที่นี่ครั้งแรก จองห้อง executive suite seaview เช็คอินประมาณ 13.30 น. ได้ห้อง 16.30 น. ระหว่างรอห้อง ถ้าไม่มี club lounge จะลำบากมาก เพราะ kids club เต็มต้องจอง และเข้าได้แค่ครั้งละ 30 นาที playground ช่วงบ่ายอากาศร้อน เด็กเล่นได้ไม่นานก็ไม่ไหวแล้ว ลูกร้องกินนม(ยังดูดเต้านม) ไม่มีที่ให้นมต้องไปให้ใน club lounge เพราะห้องยังไม่ได้ 2. การบริการของพนักงาน club lounge มาตรฐานน้อยกว่า club ของเครืออื่นๆ ขอเทียบแค่ในพัทยา 3. Afternoon tea ดี evening cocktails ดี อาหารหลากหลาย วิวจาก club lounge ดี 4. Breakfast อาหารดี ทั้งห้องอาหารหลัก และ club lounge แต่ห้องอาหารหลัก สั่งได้แค่ americano เย็น นอกนั้นมีค่าใช้จ่าย 5. ชายหาดดี สระว่ายน่ำมีสระเด็ก 6. Kids club พนักงานดีมากๆ ขอชื่นชม 7. ประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีอีก 1 อย่าง ตอน check out ครอบครัวเรายกของลงมาเองทางบันได เนื่องจากลิฟ ไม่ว่าง และไม่ได้ตามพนักงานยกของ เพราะกลัวจะช้าเหมือนตอนเช็คอิน และเราสามารถยกเองได้ ประสบการณ์ไม่ดีไม่ได้อยู่ตรงนั้น แต่อยู่ตรงพนักงานเช็คเอาท์ที่ club lounge ไม่ recognize ขณะลากกระเป๋าถึงหน้า club lounge มีพนักงาน 1 คน กำลังเช็คเอาท์ให้แขก ครอบครัวเราจึงลากกระเป๋านั่งรอตรงโซฟา ประมาณ 10-15 นาทีหลังจากนั้น มีลูกค้าอีกท่านลงมาเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานคนเดิมที่กำลังทำเรื่องเช็คเอาท์อยู่นั้น สอบถามลูกคนกลุ่มที่พึ่งลงมาเช็คเอาท์ พร้องกับไปเรียกพนักงานอีกคนมาเช็คเอาท์ให้ เราจึงแจ้งพนักงานคนนั้นว่าเรามาก่อนนะ พนักงานคนนั้นแจ้งว่าให้รอเช็คเอาท์กับตนเอง ลูกค้ากลุ่มที่มาทีหลังได้เข้าทำเรื่องเช็คเอาท์ก่อนครอบครัวเรา และได้เชิญให้ครอบครัวเราเช็คเอาท์ก่อนเขา แต่เรทขอปฏิเสธ เพราะพนักงานท่านนั้นเลือกให้เราแล้ว เรากำลังจะลองเก็บไนท์เครือ accor จึงมาลองใช้บริการโรงแรมที่คิดว่าน่าจะดี และทดลองใช้ club lounge แต่สิ่งที่ได้รับ เป็นคำตอบให้ครอบครัวเราแล้ว

Hotel is so good and facilities are great! Staffs are very helpful and the location is so private! I love that! I'll come back to stay again! Staffs can speak English very well. Thank you for caring us a lot! I'll give more than 5 stars and recommendation

Good location, I stayed here for 2 nights, had a high floor, very beautiful view, overlooking the sea. Breakfast has a variety to choose from. All employees provide very good service. Next time if you come to Pattaya again. Of course, I will definitely choose to stay here. 💓💓💓

Location: 7/10 The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the Pattaya walking street / Pattaya Central World. It is not recommended to stay here if you are looking for fun in the centre of Pattaya. Service: 8/10 The front desk staff is very helpful with a smile. The staff in the restaurant may need some more training during the breakfast time or they may be understaffed. The maintenance team responded very quickly when the TV could not connect to the internet, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Room: 9.5/10 The room size is quite spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the view is absolutely stunning. Excellent Very good service, impressive, beautiful beach, clean, suitable for families. The food and drinks at the lounge were very good. Me and my friends had a lot of fun. It was a very impressive trip. I will definitely come back again. ♥️♥️♥️
