Everything was perfect from check in with Joba and staff and special overage services fixing my broken shoe before a wedding. On ly complaint was price of breakfast was less expensive when notifying front desk and purchasing there than going right to the dining room. I didn’t realize that until day 2 Pool staff and gym staffs were also professional and exceptional
I would like to express my thanks to the wellness program/ gym session coaches - Nan for Pilates and Core, and Danish for HIIT class which really pushed me to limits. They were kind and encouraging and it was really refreshing in between my meetings!
Loved the BeWell spa. Kartaii did an amazing job on my poor tired legs and feet. I highly recommend this serene and relaxing experience
Nice trip. Many foods at breakfast. Special thanks to Miss Bright at Reception Desk. She was so helpful, kindness. She always smile and ready to help me. So nice, I appreciated and vote her 10/10. Will be come back here next time. Thanks all
Absolutely amazingly comfortable room, the river view was a bit rough - a building was being demolished opposite. Overall, the service, environment, pool, food, staff were top notch. The metro station is a short walk away, and on the other hand, taxis (Grab app) work perfectly in Bangkok. We spent New Year's here, it was both exciting and a really fun experience, both Bangkok and the hotel with its services.
